I find that I listen to your classical performances more in the summertime. But when the temperature drops even a little, I seek out this style to appease my northman ancestors.
Such a sweet melody at the beginning, surprising minor section to follow. Beethoven's Opus 18 is simplistic in the dialogue between the instruments compared to his late works. But this is so nicely played. Glad you posted it!
Bravo! Loved the somber sans vibrato opening section....don't know how you manage a good sound playing so soft over the fingerboard! Sweet melody to follow, nice dialog between instruments, and fiery ending! I love your unique sound and interpretation!
Today during my way home from work I was listening to the german radio station WDR 3 and heard some tunes out of "Keel Road". Later at home I did not exactly remember the artist's name nor the album titel, but "danish" was in it, and luckily after some research I found what I was looking for. What a great piece of art, I instantly ordered a copy of the upcoming LP, thank you very much 😊
I heard this from a teacher performance at my local hartt institute, loved the song. Also there are like actually no comments? Is the album version more popular or smth? Whatever.
What a wonderful, moody video & music! The sound of the clog fiddle is deep & rich, and no one else out there today sounds like the Danish String Quartet. (So ethereal sans vibrato!) I will definitely look for the release, and am excited to hear the other pieces!
