Dear Anna, we wouldn't recommend that. We use professional steamers and shampoos that are specifically designed for fragile suede. Any other steamer might damage your pair since the temperature and power might not be appropriate to suede...
Hi Lee Biggart, our trained professional experts can calibrate the steamer depending on the state of the suede and the level of dirt - We wouldn't recommend to try it at home though
Long time customer with these guys possibly since 2015, the staff is amazing and the store decoration and location is just epic. you will be amazed with the level of knowledge and capabilities - something that is just quite RARE in Dubai if not the Middle East.
