Shore Hardness we have is 75 Shore A for Besthane Soft and Softhane, Which is kind of PU specified by Blickle, and 92 Shore A for Extrathane and Besthane.
Apologize we cannot reveal the formula of the PU, as it is top secrete from Blickle. The PU created by Blickle is very special and beat almost all of the PU materials from other producer.
Hi, I don't really understand the manufacturing process of the caster wheel by only watching the video, can you have some descriptions on each step of the manufacturing process staring from raw material?
Special Polymer by Blickle sprayed on the surface of the wheel center before the the PU tread is casted into a mold where the wheel center is. After that, the whole product will be treated with heat in the oven over a specific period and rest outside and being treated again... this repeat several times until it meet the requirements and specifications.
