This also bring another important question: does imbalance process happen more at high state of charge? If the self discharge current inside the cell happen across an equivalent resistor value than the relationship between soc and unbalance process would also follow the OVC curve.
3:00 Very well explained video. Also the graphical representation is genius! How do you know that balancing happen during the 90-100 soc window? Could it be 85% or 95% to 100% too? Dod you checked out the BMS CAN messages? Thanks
Fred, your going to need your bosans chair up! I can't have you dangling on a single rope mate, Fred get all the gear up, have a couple swings around the chimney get your feet sort of speak. Enjoy Fred fill your boots, it's not everyday the scaffolding goes up. 😂😂😂
It's interesting that in the early 60's we were all figuring out how to get a bomb shelter, in the 80's another issue and my sister was buying big storage containers of wheat and beans, and now this worry is happening for this generation. Personally I'm more concerned about random hackers messing up the banking & store computers so we need to have cash on hand. Crazy world, it's always something!
Thank you for one of the best instruction videos that per other comments really seems to work. All the comments and your answers have been a huge help. Now I'm checking Offerup for a Sunny treadmill.
They broke the mould after Fred was born. Just incredible watching him work at these heights. There is no way I could ever do anything like this. Amazing man RIP
Did you do anything to be able to use the locking pin since it doesn't line up with switching the uprights? It seems a bit unstable without being able to place it
I don’t fold the treadmill up, so I didn’t even notice the locking pin when I made the video….but somebody else in the comments drilled a hole in the upright so he could still use the locking pin. 👍💪
The truth is that at one time, there were thousands of Fred Dibnah's in The British Empire. They built the world. What he's doing goes back to Cathedral and castle building. Fearless tradesmen like him built everything.
Always admired this man. He had no problem doing these, especially after a couple of pints. Great at demolitions as well. From watching Fred, I knew 911 towers were demolitions within seconds of watching the TV.
Great video and info - thanks! After watching this, I was able to get mine resisted by stuffing some folded up small washcloths in those spaces. Also, it can help to increase resistance to raise up the end of the treadmill so it's less inclined. i'm using simple squat wedges. this has really worked well for me! 😆
So glad i wasnt his helper... Wow i hate heights and thats beyond ridiculous. They did a full feature documentary on this lad. Man has done some crazy crazy stuff that would never be allowed today.
Great series. He reminded me of my Mom's brother. Give him the kit and spec's, and he will get anything done. A P.H.D. mind and very determined. I saw an interview with the actor Peter O toole .he was Steeple Jack in his youth. Fearless on and off stage or screen.
Fred Dibnah was the cat's pajamas. The very best of Englishmen. A breed that has disappeared Stalwart, courageous, highly skilled and ingenious . I doubt that we'll ever see his equal.
