Dang i feel this my last video i did with avata 2 i crashed in the dam 2 times had to swim for the drone lucky for me both times in front of a dehumidifier it worked about 8 hours later i feel your pool chemicals must be what killed your drone good flight tho i enjoyed it
@@JohnVeldboom After drying it in the oven at 50 degrees, it did start, but it could no longer connect. Consequently, I had to initiate a Care Refresh case and received a replacement. It was unchlorinated fresh water, but that didn’t help. One Water shot left this year. ✌️😅
Thanks. A portion of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service always flies with it. 😂 Tomorrow, I will try to start it. Yesterday, at least copying the video data already worked. I didn’t have an SD card in it.
Had mine since release. It doesn't like freestyle it tends to freak out. It's just too heavy for a 3". I did see a guy hacksaw off the ducts to save 30g and it flew much better lol. That said if you use it for cinemetic shots cruising and do basic light acro it copes just fine.
The increased dynamics were more likely due to the increased airflow efficiency rather than the weight savings of 8%. Cinewhoops are not very agile by design due to airducts adding drag and turbulence
@@ccc3 I'd say both but yeah the guards that I think are not shaped right to function as ducts do cause much resistance. My own minimalist x frame O3 1404 3" builds are sub 100g without a battery and I typically run a 450mAh to 650mAh battery.
@@changeagent228 I have only flown two lipos so far, one for setting up and the other for a few cinematic lines. Soon, I will push the drone hard in freestyle mode. DJI Care, iam coming!
@@fpvjuice459 Haha yeah 😆👍🏻. I recommend trying things in the air not near the ground first. What I noticed was it would do this sudden jerking spinning motion when trying to do certain maneuvers. For example if you fly at 80%+ thottle and then try to roll 360 or split s. Really any negative inflow scenario will make it choke to varying degrees. Fast yaws and front flips can do too. Makes a loud screeching sound when it happens. You will see though if you just try to rip it around hard like a regular freestyle build lol.
Good morning. Is it with the remote control, or the motion controller? Because with my RC controller 2, I can't do a loop or go down to 90°. It's quite limited. THANKS :)
