Hi Aymen! Is it possible to modify at least the break lever to use it with one finger? Mine is adjustable way softer as the factory one but still cant use it safely with one finger. (Ricks is the brands name)

As the owner of one, I concur with your review. I enjoyed my ‘23 RG ST but with those inverted forks, adjustable suspension, a 121, and a good look, the CVO ST is my favorite of the 10 Harleys I’ve had.
@Prometheus1979
@Prometheus1979 10 часов назад
I agree the new CVO-ST is really nice. I still prefer my 23 Roadglide-ST for the analog gauges. I’m slowly changing everything stock out on mine. As far as the engine goes there’s not much difference. All the mods I did to mine so far it’s at or a little above a 121 now stock.

The problem is you pay more for the HD compared to its competitors,then you got to spend another $10k to bring it up to par with its competitors. If only HD produced stock bikes of the factory floor that has the best of the best.

Don't buy new. I paid $5K 8yrs ago for a barn rescue with 3200 miles on the odometer. About that extra inch. That's why I bought my 02' Deuce. The frame is 2cm longer than the standard and heritage soft tails. When Harley ended the Dyna and altered the soft tail frame, the bikes became smaller. My tier drop tank is longer and flows on the bike better. Do I need more power? No. My stock Delphi injected 88ci is plenty. I'm 150 pounds. She goes from 0-100mph in a roaring hurry. I'm old, not dead because I ride for the ride, not for the throttle. I survived myself 😂

How much power do I need on a bike....MORE😁, that CVO is a great looking bike, except for the fugly fairing, much prefer the SG batwing, although not as much as my nekid 2017 Dyna Fat Bob, with legend 13" rear shocks, progressive front forks with 15w fuk oil, for way better handling😉.

Grew up with butter and grilled meat and fresh vegetables, when I met my wife and we started living together we followed the Mediterranean diet, butter,olive oil, heaps of vegetables and lean meat, been living this diet for 40 years now and when I see my doctor for my annual check up she tells me to keep doing what I’m doing, not over weight,blood pressure is good,no diabetes and don’t often get winter ills. If people researched how Canola Oil is made they would be horrified.

The best thing to do is just not ride in it. But I know that isn’t an option for most guys. If you live in town then there’s obviously no way around it. But to be honest, at least here in KY TN, the deer are just as dangerous as cars. They hunt me like heat seeking missiles. I can predict what a car is gonna do. I see where the driveways are and where they will pull out from. But deer can step out anywhere anytime. They will pop out of the woods and be right in front of you in seconds. No way to predict them. I had one pop out suddenly and my knee slapped it in the head as I went by. Another few inches and I woulda slammed into her at 55mph. And that’s the reason I ride alone so I don’t have to ride 70mph down those roads to keep up with everybody else. I’d rather slow cruise and give myself at least a few seconds to react to deer 🦌. And if I’m gonna hit one I wanna hit it at 50-55mph and not 70mph.

Just my take on it - what you wear does not define whether or not you are a “real biker.” In fact, what you ride, how you ride, how much you ride, what you wear - none of it matters. It is all going to vary wildly depending on circumstances. What matters: you ride. I would contend that it is about the freedom. We *want* to ride. There are expenses, risks, people may look down on you or be afraid of you. Yet we still ride. We ride because it works for us. In that light, being concerned with if you have the right bike, gear, put in enough miles, etc. is exactly *not* what being a biker is all about. Sure, when I ride I’m a rolling stereotype. I don’t care. I’m not aligned with that, it just happens to be aligned with me and what I find comfortable and agreeable riding.

In 1996 I bought and still own a Sportster Custom C and have not done anything to the bike except maintenance. It's bone stock. My friends all complain because the exhaust is quiet compared to all the straight pipes and such. I consider it a rarity here. I joke and say I've got the rarest HD anyone has seen. They always ask why is that so rare and I say cause it's bone stock! I got it to ride, not to look at and throw more money at.

If this guy would have Said, "...Harley..." one more time, I think I would have 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮! What he said is correct, but the principle work for ANY motorcycle, NOT just a...I'm feeling nauseous...I better not say it. The dude must be another HD snob! Fanboys can never seem to ever stop mentioning that they own one of those very over prices, over hyped bikes. I'm a former HD owner, back in the late 70s. My liklihood of ever buying another are extremely low, I ride too much to own a bike that needs to be pampered.

Leave the oil cap on. If you open the bottom plug you will see the oil drip slowly. There is a vacuum. If the oil flushes out in a quick way you’re breathers in the airfilter are leaking air. Handy test to see if they are worn.
