Hi, the snow was 3 - 3.5 feet high and the trails were very slippery. I slid several times and had a few falls, but all in all, it wasn't that bad. The views were definitely worth it.
This is the attitude of a spoiled, entitled child who is also probably a narcissist. The whole word is supposed to revolve around him. Plus he has an addiction to the games. Glad his father got his attention. Hate that he had to destroy the tv.
Hi there, this was on June 1st. I went back there on June 16th and it has since cleared. There are still some trails that have snow, but not to this extent. I went Chasm Lake that following week and those trails still had snow. I went to Wild Basin last week and there was a little bit of snow. Yesterday, I went to the Brainard Recreation Area (Indian Peak Wilderness), and those trails were covered in snow, especially the Mitchell and Blue Lake trails, which had up to 3 feet of snow during certain parts of the trailhead.
Thanks for your comment. Honestly, it's kinda my thing😎. If I don't have them on, I'll have my JBL speaker in my Camelpak. It's all about the musical vibes + nature 💪
Great seats and great camera quality, but it's called the opening kickoff, not the pre-game kick-off. Pre-game is stuff that happens before the game. The opening kickoff starts the game.
Nice, I didn't know there was a Sugarloaf Mountain in Utah too😎. This is actually Sugarloaf Mountain in Brazil. At the last point of the rail ride, you're in the clouds with no visibility. It was a priceless moments 🤍
Utah is my favorite place to hike, due to endless views. You can hike a trail, then visit at another time is be more amazed. I hike Zion twice a year and it was my all-time favorite until I visited Glacier 2 years. Utah has the most hiker-friendly trails, especially Zion❤️
Don’t hike beyond your capabilities,& without proper gear if something goes wrong or you get hurt. Adequate clothing for conditions, a head lamp, water, high fat snacks, rain/ snow repellent outerwear, proper hiking boots, map,& compass,& an emergency blanket, dependable communication device… I.e. phone with extra charge… 2 ways to make fire.🔥(at least)& tell someone where you went,& when you will be back,& to call Rangers, or 911 for a welfare check if you don’t return on time . Have fun,& hike safe…
Absolutely, that's been something that I always abided by. Plus, being an Army Vet, I rely on those survival skills and the items that I need for the outdoors. I always pack an adequate amount of water, several power banks, headlamps, flashlights, cords for all of my electronic devices, snacks, as well as other things. Thanks for your advice and support.
I’ve always hiked with headphones but mostly, I have them very low. I’m an Army Veteran and I definitely believe in “stay alert, stay alive 😎.” In this case, during my 14.4 mile hike, my ear phones were down around my neck, due to the 8 trails that I hit due to the waterfalls, drop offs, and elevation. It was a fun hike. I’m considering doing Chasm Lake, Twin Sisters, Long Peak, Lily Mountain, or Mount Ida today to tomorrow back at Rocky Mountain 😀
