Damn I’ve watched this about 20 times tonight and I’m basically crying Joel lived 5 minutes from me, built my first custom box for my first truck. I’ll never forget the smile on his face when we would drive around to not piss off the neighbors too much and he heard what his creations sounded and felt like. He made 2 10s feel like the 15s I had in HS. The most nice generous helpful guy I ever met. I still remember the day Jon owner of Rouge Audio and epicenter designs posted the picture. I couldn’t believe it because I had just saw him a week before and I swung my new doors for him. Still bumping my Joel custom box for 2 10 NVX VCWs on a crescendo 2k. It’s sad and horrible he went so young and I’m very sad that we didn’t get a chance to see the things he could’ve accomplished in the car audio community. So young with so much talent. He would’ve 100% had world records builds for sure.

Ok so let me be clear about some things.. I really do appreciate those of you that give me constructive criticism on my subwoofer build However for those of you that want to hate and say don’t treat this as a how to video ETC just know that I DID NOT intend on making this a “how to build a sub video” but instead I just wanted to document myself building a sub for the FIRST TIME and share my experience with you all!! I completely understand that there’s lots of things that I could’ve done better with building this woofer but PLEASE realize that this was my FIRST TIME EVER building one from scratch like this!! If you can’t respect that then I’ll simply delete your negative comment and move on because there’s no reason to be negative and I don’t deal with car audio drama ether!! And to add to that this woofer has been absolutely SOLID throughout my testing!! No issues with it whatsoever!! So there’s that!!
