ex employee State Farm (ET dept) employee data is being breached, exploited and Alight does not handle any of the info well. This was pre and post GDPR and PRG and Illinois has laws that protect use without consent. I was never shown via portal or any info mailed to me my BALANCE in the retirement annuity forced on us. Please do a IRA rollover or initiate that and share my BALANCE data as it was clearly withheld from ex employees on the portal (which we are forced to use and has zero needed info or balance info) . Data Breach occurred its clear too and CRM workflows are terrible for ex employees. Want balance info sent for (retirement annuity) which we were forced to take with tiny monthly payments AND IRA rollover forms or options. None of this is on the Alight portal post leaving SF) Info and options were withheld intentionally or via using cloud, blockchain or other info with out employee knowledge or consent. Illinois has domestic violence, BIPPA, HIPPA, Biomemtric, SPI and data integration/share/brokering laws that may be being abused with this scheme. Both SF and Alight have refused FULL info disclosure and balance data at all as well as IRA rollover options. This seems deceptive and abusive and not suitable for NORMAL ex employees or retirees. Data abuses galore and service from BOTH parties is terrible as well as the portal they force us to use.
Someone backed into me in parking lot. Dented my back passenger side. We exchanged insurance, I file report and also filed claims with insurance. What should I do next? The adjuster called me but I missed their call.
The excluded driver of my vehicle Will I be at fought for it will I be at fault for the hit and run the other driver cause the accident I am the owner of the vehicle I am with progressive insurance I have a police report forward two
Insisting they talk to their insured, even with a police report, is universal to all insurance companies. For sure it’s a trick to delay, but they ALL do it.
How about homeowners insurance. MUTUAL AND SAFECO ARE CONNECTED I WISH THEY WOULD CARE MORE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THAN THEIR COMMERCIAL THEY WILL DROP YOU IN A SECOND. LAKES AND PONDS GET DIRTY AND GREEN, BUT MY POOL WAS DIRTY DURING THE WINTER AND THEY GAVE ME LESS THAN 2 MONTH TO PUT IN A PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED POOL COVER . THEY CAN MENTION IN THEIR AD AND COMMERCIALS THAT THEY CARE BUT THEY DON'T. WHAT ABOUT ALL THE YEARS THAT WE PAY FOR INSURANCE AND NEVER USE IT. WE ARE MANDATED TO HAVE INSURANCE BY THE GOVERNMENT BUT THE GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWING INSURANCES TO DROP PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT. INVEST YOUR MONEY ON US NOT YOUR COMMERCIALS
My Husband and I have had State Farm for 35 years. No one else can beat the price we have with them. We never had anything like you were talking about happen to us. It must just be your area. Either that or you're the competition. All 4 of our claims had the paperwork. and check that same day.
Feel sorry for anyone who has progressive insurance. I hit a deer Two and a half months ago. Still under investigation. They do not want to pay Claims. They are the Worst insurance company I have ever seen in my life. No tickets no accidents In my life. And this is the way i'm done.😭😭
I asked for help with my Roof and i wasnt sure of the date of possible damage- as I travel for work. I thought the guy on the line was helping me. and he suggested filing two claims "just in case". HUGE MISTAKE. I am so sad. I was a customer for a longg time. I called to cancel 1 when i got my stuff together but its too late. Once its in the system "they cant help me change it, it registers negativey on your future rates".. my heart is sooo broken right now. a year later, I may lose my house cuz one of their reps got lazy or impatient. I was so scared to call but i also didnt want to come home to possible damage because of storms. Then to top it off there was no daage. It was all in my head, I guess. im so hurt.
I was coming home from work stopped at a red light when a lady insured by State Farm hit me from behind she didn't see the red light and slammed intoo my car at 65 miles an hour, I didn't realize I was hurt until the following day
I was forced to give urine while on a gurney with tethers on me through a catheter. This happened last year at John Dingell Hospital. I still feel the pain till this day. The police wrestled me to the ground after the Doctors recommended it. I was of sound mind.
I spent 1.36 hours last night, speaking to the unbelievably incompetent, rude and vengeful State Farm Agent, about adding a second car on to my policy. The call was a horror show witnessed by 4 people sitting next to me. The Car Salesman had told me that He had never had an insurance agent carry on like that, All tat heard the conversation were questioning Your Agents Sanity. Can someone tell me, the 10+ years Customer, how can I get this information to Your Head office. I am checking my other options as we speak. You are not the Only Insurance around, play smart! (?) How Bad was the service the State Farm Agent provided ? Was it bad enough for me to take my Insurance needs to another competitor? My answer is : YES.
When you say they don’t like you and don’t care about you you’re speaking about all insurance companies. None of them give a crap about any of us. All they want is our money.
Currently in a law suit against State Farm. Our attorneys said they pulled out “their big guns.” We were hit by a drunk driver and injured. How is this my fault and what big guns? Our lawyer sucks. I’m in Michigan. Probably shouldn’t even write this comment since they ah r private investigators following us. They will use this against us too. Just to not pay what we paid in. Sad.
This is partly true…they do want to delay payment. Allstate had a model at one point, the 3 D’s… “delay, deny, defend”. I’m fairly certain all companies use this idea… You are correct that the workload of an adjuster is enormous and you just can’t keep up. I did that job for 5 months…it was hell. They’re understaffed on purpose, they make even more money that way.
If getting other drivers to sign a release saves you dollars on your premium, why would you complain? State Farm takes pretty good care of their customers, --their reluctance to pay claims to non-customers is their fiduciary duty to those insured by State Farm. The rest of it, not returning calls etc. is hardly limited to State Farm. Try getting hit by someone insured by All-State sometime and get a taste for how bad it can really get.
I required my tenants to have tenant insurance to protect their belongings, thinking it would be a safeguard for both parties. However, I've encountered a recurring issue: whenever they file a claim, they attribute the damage to the landlord's negligence. As a result, their claims get denied, and I end up paying for the damages out of my own pocket. Pursuing legal action is costly and impractical. It's a challenging situation for both me and my tenants.
This is not true lol. I’ve been an injury adjuster for ten years. We LOOK for coverage when folks are in an accident and our goal is to help them settle their claim. It’s actually bad faith to try and find a way to trap someone so we can deny a claim. You can lose your job doing that and the company can be fined by the DOI!
I don't miss a chance to disparage this corporation. I had homeowners insurance with them, never having made a claim on that policy or any homeowners policy. They sent a notice that they were raising my rates and presented me with a notice of adverse action. I was able to get their underwriting department to confirm that it was because I had not had . . .. a car loan within 5 years, and my mortgage was paid off, so they didn't have enough information about my credit-worthiness. My FICO 9 was 826 but they had no interest in other than their proprietary risk formula, based on info in my credit report. It's not all their fault. They can only abuse their johns because state legislatures fail to properly regulate them.
I have some videos of their Adjusters onsite, over the phone, and then State Farms Lawyers. All lying and all costing their clients and themselves way more time and money than if they would have adjusted the claim. (they still hadn't after 1yr)
I love State Farm, have had them for 40 years, never ever had problem with them. Now your polices and what they say! I see a lot more whiners on here and as everyone is under a rain cloud! This guy is making money on you as you view his podcast! Get you on your high horse, gets you to view more! Next it will be doctors, then planes, etc. You are a fool
What is considered high value? What about a car accident clear fault almost 3 hrs later? Lawyer forcing my friend to bring coworkers and family to his office to say he’s not a liar… other driver already said it was his fault. 😖
Immediately take photos of car accident don't move car until after photos have been taken! I can't stress this enough. Call police. Get a witness if possible phone number. Take photo of person who hit you. Write down on pad exactly what and how it happened date, time. It's not to pricey get a camera for your vehicle, absolutely use it always when driving. Someone will call you more than once asking same questions. A person will say they are trying to figure out who's to blame and record your conversation. Record your own conversation with them. Listen to video, for his ideas. Save every text, Save every call made to you. Report Insurance who won't pay claim,to State Insurance Commission. Check to see if there is a camera on light pole. If there is, have your attorney subpoena the camera recordings. Person will ask about your seat belt and who else was in car with you.
Geico paid me less then my car was worth and stated it was total loss. For hail damage hardly seen. I had comp. Ins. Coverage and I want my full payment
I am a Snake farm customer. I was T boned by a underinsured motorist. The Snakes at the Farm lowballed my vehicles value. They listed such things as the tires having 46% of tread left when they were brand new with 300 miles on them. My vehicle was 6 years old with only 16,800 miles and their comparables all had nearly 100,000 miles on them they said the 84,000 mile difference was worth $500 what a joke that is. A bunch of snakes for sure. Personal injury is a whole other subject with the foot dragging on the Farms side. The rental car was a joke, the Snakes had not even looked at my vehicle to determine if it was totaled or repairable before the rental car coverage ran out. They screw over their own customers at The Farm.
