As the primary Lure Op for the Alamo Area Whippet Club, we love our Injoy equipment. Like many, we have some of the original wood pulleys, and wood take-up wheels. So happy to have the Komineks continue the Injoy legacy!

Yes get a head start on the anti greyhound racing groups and have transparency through measures as Public Service notices I'm television and radio and newspaper and now the new social medias you can also have Life feed from the kennels to show people how good the Greyhounds have it you need to start this now don't wait till too late like here in Florida please keep greyhound racing alive

Fingers crossed - it sounds like the racing orgs in Australia are ahead of the curve. The community racing club ownership model also introduces some incentives to support the sport in different ways than in the US.

Kurt is the BEST!! We have half of Secret Paper's litter that he trained and ran down in Florida with him. He knew these dogs inside and out. On several occasions we had to ask his advice on how to help them adjust from their racing diet to an at home diet or whatever we were struggling with, and each time he was 100% right and knew exactly what to do for them. These 3 girls LOVE their Rice Krispy treats! When we picked up Ali's Moon and Precious Feather, they had Rice Krispy treats in their take home folders. As soon as Nizy (the other sister we got previously from her injury), found out the other two were getting one, she lost her mind to get one too! These girls were spoiled rotten and so well cared for before we got them. I can honestly say I am so happy I have met Kurt and and so thankful for everything he has done. Fun fact, he still to this day checks in on his girls. They have all been retired for a few years but I guarantee they would recognize him if they saw him!

Worked with Kurt for his time at PBKC - I was in the adoption end since 2000. He would get the best dogs for us for adoption - especially those he selected as candidates for the service dog program. Always enjoyed working with him. I cherish my picture with Macy - along with all the pictures of Kurt with the dogs he gave us at AGA!!! Love your comments about how empathatic the dogs are - that is ideal for them as service dogs for those with PTSD. And at the end of the piece you did - Mike Jameson was amazing - but Jeff Prince was awesome when he was able to call the races.

@garyweston5116 Год назад
Molotov - unfortunately - was very much like his originator namesake: he was explosive and blew up. Early pace; yes. High end speed. Yes. Ended early? Oh yes… Too heavy at 75 plus pounds to take the bends? Yes.
