The wages of yesterday will not support the needs of today therefore you will be earning a fair wage that will support you and your family. I will impose a flat tax on everything we buy. Excluding food and food products. I will take the federal government out of play on the issue with marijuana. I will ask that all states legalize and tax it appropriately. At the same time giving an average individual the chance to own and operate a dispensary. The days of a few Monopolizing an industry are over. I intend to turn every home in America into it's own power plant. Giving every American a chance to have a little more. It's time that we take control of our government. I intend to cut government by half. There is no need to to employ lazy criminals/politicians. American's have to work everyday. Therefore so should the politicians we employ. As for the bad men of the world you are done. There will be no more terrorizing people. Anywhere. My first day in office will be dealing with the chaos that has taken place in our country. Jury system is most desirable to deliver justice. Life is not just about law. There is much more. A judge can not know the ground realities. His perspectives for understanding a situation of crime would always be limited. In India we had the Gram sabha panchayat or the khap system that did the jury job since ages and continuing till recently in last century. It still exists informally in remote areas. It provides free, low cost and much better and speedy justice. Unfortunately, modern system brought in British has dismantled it badly.
All government officials complete for greater power for themselves; that is what politics is all about. The power of one jury is limited to a very narrow degree and so is the harm they can do. Not so with officials; they can impact the lives of millions. As long as the jurisdiction of the jury is not reduced, tyranny is kept in check.

3rd. Nothing was said in your video about how the Jury's duty is over rule the Government when they pass bad law. In reality the Jury is a 4th Branch of Government, another check and balance in the System.
2nd- We live in a Republic not a Democracy- Remember in your video you talked about the Rule of Law. Republics are ran by rule of law. Democracies by whim of the majority. That why the founders said that Democracies are the worse form of government.
