This looks good and Chef Babette looks good too! My only concern about this meal is @7:14 when she says she uses "tons of nutritional yeast" yet the cheese is still considered raw. I've read that nutritional yeast is a highly processed powder so I'm confused how it's used in this dish and the dish is still raw?
