The best video . Thank you!!! Everybody did the first part but I was looking for how you actually implement it daily with the foods. Thank you so much!!!
I walk 1 hour 3 miles at dawn around a park. Sometimes I repeat in the evening to hit 6 miles. EVERYDAY and in bad weather I have a treadmill. I’m 63 yo woman only started walking 10 weeks ago and now I can do 6 to 9 miles in a day. 🎉
It would but barely! You probably have to put my pull up bar upside down like I did. I’d ask the rogue team via their support to make sure! Let me know how
Hey there, you basically set it up so the pins go up 2-3 holes below where the barbell goes and then the dip of the straps is where it will keep you safe
I live in a 116 year old apartment building. Wanted something that’s renter friendly and can be patched when I move out. It’s either something like this or a door frame type. Any suggestions?
Hi Chris, hope you can still reply to this 3 year old video…so I luckily got the first edition of BLS and got incredible result following it. Later I found actually that book had many editions. So I found the latest one (4th edition if i remember right) and checked it. I was kind of disappointed and confused by the new book. there are quite many changes in the new edition of some i think are quite fundamental. he doesn’t include ab and calf exercises in the new edition claiming that compound movement will train your ab sufficiently which is absolutely not true. you just can’t get good abs by only doing those. also he removed “heavy load week” in the new book. He also changed the way how he recommends people to do in the deload week. he emphasized more on machine exercises than compound and free weight lifting. in the nutrition part the information becomes more vague than the 1st edition. generally i found the change in the new editions really made the book “worse”. i know you already talked the difference between the two BBLS editions. but do you find any conflicting information between them?
Great brand?!? They are cheap. The pineapple pattern doesn't even line up on the seam. You must be short because they are meant to be shorter. You're paying big bucks for TEMU shorts. 😂 Plus chubbies means fat.
The NOVA classification system, rates this bread as a 4 (ultra processed food) due to enzymes. Their bread has too much sugar (they use dried cane syrup as a preservative so make it sound more organic). This bread is too expensive, depending on the store you can pay up to $7.00 a loaf here in Cali. One of the founders (Dave Dahl) spent 15 years in prison, for assault, drugs, and armed robbery. I make my own bread in a breadmaker and like it better and it is way cheaper and fun to put my own seeds and grains in it. Happy bread eating!
A great hack with this is spreading your steps out over the whole day with smaller/frequent walks. It keeps you more generally active. I used to make the mistake of doing a long 6-8 mile walk in the early AM to get all my steps done. But then you wind up sitting more as a whole on the day. Now I do a 45 min in the early morning, a 30 min before lunch, and then short 15's every few hrs after I lift at the gym. This has helped me stabilize energy, digestion, and even get more overall steps. Walking is no longer a grind anymore.
You should never be so hard on your body that you "puke". Your body will not respond well to that and will increase cortisol which blocks weight loss. You should do full body movements that are fun and which only slightly stress your body along with moderate strength training for muscle growth/maintenance. Don't know who you have been around that "pukes" or goes that hard on their body, but obviously those people are not educated on the science behind exercise.
I bought Under Armour without knowing the tight under shorts. What in the fuck is that for? Muslims to have 0% chance of showing the D?. Very uncomfortable and warm.
Thanks for the review. Does it scratch the bar? I have a cerakoated.. also do you miss the bolt to lock the barbell in? for example if you need to put it higher than ground level for some pressing
Hello, I found that if im living in a house with other people i am unable to control myself around their food and i overindulge and gain a lot of weight Then when i live alone im able to control myself well but i always ensure not to junk food in the house and if its healthy food i still don' t keep lots of it. Do you think my problem with regulating food when in a shared living arrangement is a weakness i need to tackle or i should just always ensure im in control of the food in my living space?? I HOPE YOU RESPOND.

These shorts doesn't last over 2 years as it's glue and not stich. They said lifetime warranty but only for 2 years if you read their warranty page. For the same price the Lululemon or Vuori warranty is so much better!
