Great interview with Taylor Kane, I'm a guy over 35 with a rare genetic disease which affects my liver and metabolism. It's called Tyrosinemia Type 2. I'll check out her book. Watching from the UK 🇬🇧 P.S I love Jack Kerouac. Maggie Cassidy is my favourite book.
My prayers go out to all the people who suffer silently. Please reach out for help. No person has the right to terrorize another human being - we are God's children and he will always provide help!
Really enjoyed that!! I like the 50 full bore and then mini break. If you try to power through a task for hours, you get to the end and the work suffers....editing photos/video for example in my case. When I used to have a real job 😝 I used to take curl breaks (bicep) instead of 42% of the company that took smoke breaks 🤓
Hi Tom.. I also use the calendar and my timer to help me manage my day. I am super ADD and am making changes. Since I retired from teaching, I've felt a bit lost. I feel like my purpose is not quite clear. You inspired me to set alarms to drink more fluids. I also want to set weekly alarms to remind me to reach out to others who are "stuck" at home. Thanks, friend!!🌲 Lisa Bates
"We may spend our whole lives waiting to live. Thus we risk not fully accepting the reality of our present lives.
