Honestly, your gameplay is good, your voice and video style are nice but... That amount of thirst trap is just disgusting, honestly, you stand alone on your feet well enough to not need that, you can be better man.
I think that the offensive line needs to run sort of parallel to your troops line. You are running this line 90 degrees to that line and that isn't how that works. Worse is, the more you play around with manual orders the more troops rotate back and forth over the front line and it becomes tedious and counter productive. Forming pockets around troops works well at causing damage to the enemy, but the problem is, it messes up your own troop AI and it usually retards the process. Just allow your line to push the enemy back. You want to reduce the size of the frontline, these pockets actually require more troops to circle.
bro you dont need to justify on some countries, you might have auto justifications in your focus tree like for poland, chezkoslovakia, the benelux, france etc...

Maybe dont attack anyone til 39 and build up. Make alot of civilian factories til 38 then from 38 til end of gamr make military factories. You will have a much larger industry.
At 12:48 it can be seen that the construction of 2 Military Factories had been queued up at Westfalen, just ahead of the construction project for a Naval Dockyard at Holstein. A couple of seconds later when you added 2 more Military Factories to the Westfalen construction queue for a new total of 4 MilitaryFactories to be constructed in Westfalen, the Westfalen Military Factory construction program then default dropped all the way to the bottom of the construction project queue. In hindsight, the delay in constructing those 4 Military Factories at Westfalen meant that your soldiers had fewer weapons when the war against Poland began. Sometimes it's merely annoying when adding one or more extra Military Factories to a construction program default drops that Military Factory construction program to the bottom of the construction queue. In the case of Westfalen however, what you really needed to do was to drag the Westfalen construction project back to where it came from, to just above the Holstein naval dockyard project. The result of that delay was that the surrender of Poland was delayed, meaning more days of combat in which the weapons of your army divisions were getting destroyed in combat, and and destroyed by way of attrition from low supply.
At 9:00 as in the case of many countries at game start on January 1 1936, Germany has some idle Military Factories. A good use for 1 of Germany's 8 game start idle Military Factories is Basic Infantry Equipment. When you train up newly recruited army divisions, you want cheap weapons being broken in the training process, rather than the more expensive stuff. Also, for suppression of resistance in lands that you conquer, Basic Infantry Equipment provides the industrially least expensive Suppression stat of the 4 types of infantry equipment. As for the construction projects that you put in place at game start, there is a general purpose meta on how many Military Factories to add before the end of March 1938, some 2 1/4 years into the game. You want to add 2 greater than 80% of your game start Military Factories, unless you are playing as an Integrated Puppet, in which case you mostly want to build Civilian Factories and Naval Dockyards. Germany starts with 28 Military Factories. 80% of 28 is 22.4, and 2 greater than 22.4 is 24.4 Military Factories that you want to add to your initial total of 28 Military Factories, for a total of 52.4 Military Factories in Germany on March 31 1938. In other words, you want to almost double the number of your Military Factories in the 1st 2 1/4 years of the game when you play as Germany. You can construct a couple of Civilian Factories in 1936, but after that you want to concentrate on building a lot of Military Factories, or else it will be very difficult to almost double the number of your Military Factories in the first 2 1/4 years of the game. There is an exception. If you pretty much know that you are not going to be in WW2 for the next 3 years or more, you can engage in Civilian Factory greed. An example is the Soviet Union. When you play as the Soviet Union, you can pretty much count on AI Germany not starting to try and conquer you until June 1941. As such, you can wait until June 1938 to start building Military Factories if you are playing as the Soviet Union against AI Germany. As Germany though, you are likely to start WW2 around June 1939 when you invade Poland. Thus, the timer on the 3-year before wartime meta starts in June 1936 for Germany, giving you no relief on the 2 1/4 year meta. With either meta as Germany, you will be wanting to approximately double your game start Military Factory count by March 31 1938, about 2 1/4 years into the game. With your 50+ Military Factories in Germany in 1938, you then can go on to conquer a lot of Civilian Factories in neighboring countries, just like in the real version of WW2.
