I think you should leave the small bass fry right where they are because they are thriving and you don't want to upset their current lifestyle that they are used to.

For the crimson oak pond, consider growing some native river cane on the margins of the pond.

You should take a few fry and put them in the aquarium. It would be very interesting to see them grow from that stage

On your snake shed…if there’s one scale from the cloaca (pee hole) to the tip, it’s venomous. Two scales, non-venomous.

I have seem the worst of those fish kills, the small fish die first, then they get bigger as the problem continues. About midnight I could smell rotten eggs, then millions of fish dying.
