@@genuinejake9851 You bet. I hate to see people with crap trailers. The Huttarian Colonies of Western Canada only buy the best and toughest of equipment. They buy Mustang. Ag Expo at Lethbridge Exhibition has models on display every March. Don the owner is there every day. The wiring is all internal and properly tied into the breaks so no wire is exposed, let alone hanging looking for trouble. I saw one last week someone said was 13 years old and looked brand new. I've also seen every person who ever kept one long enough to come back for a 25 year service buy a new one because once the old one is given the once over and sold used the used price is so high they don't mind tossing in a bit more for a new unit. It's a win win for both buyer's. Waiting list is months long unfortunately but some dealers have them. Check them out on line. You will not find a tougher, better built trailer. Horse, cargo, flat deck, Oil patch pipe units, specialty cooler units, Safety shower units. what ever you need they can build. What they build will last a lifetime. They guarantee it. Cool eh?!
MUSTANG TRAILERS IN LETHBRIDGE ALBERTA CANADA HAS LIFETIME GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT BUILD A HITCHES LIKE THE PICTURE. THEY BUILD THEM RIGHT OFF THE FRAME LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO A MUSTANG TRAILER FYI.
The torque doesn't mean all that much on those. I have never had a problem with any of mine, and I run them.down witha 3/8 impact. Now on my drag car is more important,,being it runs 170 plus mph
I would venture the torque spec is simply more of a max torque to protect against pulling the threads or snapping bolts. Not everyone knows when to say when.
Great video. Exact same thing happened to my green tundra cap. Unfortunately i dont have the tools a garage to do it myself. Prob cost $1200-$1500 to have a shop do it, lowest ballpark price
Well I would say there's more than one way to skin a cat. I would think it would just depend on the situation. I was worried that I might have trouble getting the correct shape back if I just patched the sunroof. Im sure there are people way more capable of pulling that off than me. I knew i could minimize the warpage from the welding by taking the route I went.
Same truck I have and need all the same stuff done to mine thanks and I'll b watching and following all the obs stuff I b subbed also and set my notifications to know u made new informed stuff 🙂 thanks so much sir good clean videos also lot are trashy
I grew up on a 881. My uncle had the first 4000 with the 5 speed like this. The 801 diesel was a powerful tractor. We used it raising tobacco, soybeans and rising beef. Besides a Farmall Cub to cultivate with this was all we needed.
Wouldn't it be easier just to cut the entire top off the truck in the window areas especially if there is damage on the inner panel? I have to do this job to my cucv as it was used as a step ladder
No I dont. I did consider that because of the different track width front/back. Its more noticeable when these trucks have combos that sit flush with the front fender lip because the back then sits inside the fender and it sticks out like a sore thumb. With this offset (or any) that puts both front and rear outside the fenders its not AS noticeable and looks fine. But you could definitely add the rear spacers to make them exactly match the front if you wanted to.
Lol I work nights so theres not a whole lot I can do during the night besides make a crap load of noise working on my house. Plus watching your video helped me a lot because im working on my project truck. Appreciate the Information a lot!
