Honestly you can eat something from McDonald's or even what you call healthy, it doesn't really make a difference, what makes the difference is honestly your belief...because you kind of believe that it's unhealthy and you believe in it a lot.. .but actually both are like energy, or life energy, but life is more than food😉... 
@@david.s.5336 very true I do agree with that sometimes or once in a while, but when it’s chronic and you’re always going to McDonald’s, neglecting your health that’s when it’s Not optimal or bad😌

I’m 19 right now and I feel heavy in the space you were talking about. I see so much potential within myself but I can’t break away from my fear and just want to live my life as my true self. We are all born in sin, through the disobedience of Adam and Eve who lived in a euphoric state with "God" Elohim, (The Word/Yeshua/Jesus) But we must be born again "Reborn" because all have fallen short of the glory of God, through sin. Sin equals death and blood equals life. Jesus lived a sinless life to pay our dept of sin which eventually leads ti death. But because he has never sinned or knew sin His blood equals life, this is where the doctrine of substitution comes in. Jesus Died the death we should've died, and Gave us the Eternal life within himself. And now when we die after (believing in our hearts) that Jesus rose from the dead and (confessing with our tongues) that He is Lord we will Have eternal life after death. After this Life on earth its judgment, While we are alive Jesus is our defendant, but when we die He is the Judge. Jesus saved my soul & and He will save yours as well. Peace & blessings Brother.
U don’t come back brother we got a judgement for everything we do and have to meet Jesus for whatever judge we’ve made for ourselves so build a relationship wit Jesus and learn the holy book
