Yes, during season there are lot of trekkers crossing the trolley. It get frustrating for local guides and officials and that's why sometimes they limit trekkers who don't have Tapovan Permit.

Monsoon usually starts here in June end week and by mid July or end week of July it get's stronger. If you can plan your trek by end June week then great. By July 1st week there will be rain showers in between.
