in your experience, the cleaning speed of the laser between a glass beads blasting cabinet with a (example 3/16 Inch nozzle) and the laser over a light rusted with a carbon residue layer from the graphite coated glass mold panel is slow or about the same? Can you give a value in sq inches / minute with your equipment? Is this a pulse or continue laser beam? I am not interested in giving a profile, just clean the glass mold. Appreciate your comments.
Hello. As I understand from the video, during pulsed laser cleaning the heating temperature does not exceed 40 degrees, right? With pulsed laser cleaning, the video shows you using a hose to suck dust, smoke and other particles from the cleaning area. Please tell me what vacuum cleaner you use for dust, smoke and dirt removal? a construction one with a high cleaning class, type M or H, with an antistatic hose, or maybe a special explosion-proof vacuum cleaner? i'd be more curious to see of it would be possible to have the laser auto focused based on how far away from the job it is at a certion point during its sweap across the line or other patteren
It is a very good question and yes it already possible to a certain degree by analysing the back reflected light. It's not AI but it can reach a certain preset learned level by the operator.
Quick question: Would it one day be possible to implement AI to look at a surface and determine the perfect amount of laser energy to shoot at specific points to get the best cleaning, depending on contamination, angle, etc.? Maybe it's too difficult to implement this at the moment, or requires programming and sensor tech that doesn't exist. I'm just a curious RU-vid watcher. :)

Some painting process like in automotive industry use electric charges to make the paint particles attract and stick to the metal being painted. The metal parts sit on a jig as they get sprayed. As the jigs get coated in several layers of paint they lose their conductivity to the metal pieces being painted and need to be cleaned.

Thanks for your interest.Cleaning lasers don't make any profile on the surface like blasting. If the profile was present you will find it after lasering. With marking type lasers it's possible to create 0.5 till 1 micrometer roughness but never the sandblast level.
Whoever the guy is doing it by hand - you need to never use him for a demonstration again. Hire a spray painter who paints cars. No, not some third world foreigner, a fifty plus year old dude with a steady hand who knows wtf he's doing and watch him lay down perfect alignments. THAT is what you want visually to sell this product. Not some ali express seller waving it around hap hazardly not knowing what hes doing.
Guys, it’s 2023, batteries are good enough for you to make 5-10kw units that are not constrained by the outlet current ratings and do not require 3-phase power. I hope for a 10kw unit where you can adjust the power from 0 all the way to max.
