I've been seeing people post pictures on social media holding these things and I had no idea what they were. Come to find out they're just glorified, ridiculously expensive, big-tech era glowsticks like what people used at raves. What the hell is even going on!?
If i bought a replica ver.2 could i replace its diamond and globes with ver.3? Cause i didnt make it for the final round of its official sale on weverse
Thank you very much for doing this video. I love how caratbong v1 glow the most so it's sad for me that the blue base of v1 doesn't fit in v3 and v2. I hope they will release new ring package with blue base since we have pink diamond that compatible for all version already. Blue base with pink diamond is the prettiest.
i personally do think that the v3 is beautiful but because seventeen do have official colors that have stuck with them for years of promoting seventeen, it is a shame that pledhybe decided to just drop their official color for a more monotone color. its a shame but if we dont think about the official color and previous versions, i do personally think caratbongv3 is beautiful.
iam actually a very big huge fan of lightsticks and i really like this version of carat-bong i like the colour i love the asthetics and specially i love the holographic effect i love this carat-bong🥰. but sadly i cannot get it 😢😭
OMG SAME. Im a huge packaging nerd when it comes to merch. When you said cbv1 was your favorite. I felt that. I enjoyed that you mixed and matched all 3. IVE ALWAYS WANTED TO THAT... but i dont plan on getting cbv3. I literally made a list of Pros and Cons for the cbv3. I personally still dont like it... Cbv1 still reigns supreme in my heart. CBV3 PROS: - I like the handle shape, its sleeker and slimmer, not as clunky as the cone shape. - I like that the battery cap is at the bottom so it looks more seamless. The cbv2 battery cap line always annoyed me cause it was so obvious. - smoother texture, i never liked the bubbly texture of cbv2 it was a bit too much for me so the smoother handle of cbv3 is good. - the rose & serenity light options were nice cause it didnt need bluetoith to activate so u can use it whenever. (Like if your ls doesnt synch at the venue or if u attend an unofficial event or stream in your room) - i prefer that it doesnt look as bright as cbv2 (personal preference i know carats prefer the cbv2 brightness, its a bit much for me) - the handle is customizable. You can apply colored film or paper inside the the plastic case so you wont have to permanently alter your light stick. CBV3 CONS: - the lack of fandom colors is the biggest NO NO for me. Rose Quartz & Serenity is essential for the CB. Its just not Svt without it. Nothing can top the irredecent glow of cbv2. - the annoying seam on the dome makes the lightstick look cheap. - the diamond is meh (they have a similar diamond attachment as the cbv1 keyring set), cbv2 still has the most beautiful diamond. - No bluetooth app??? i will miss the candle, therapy, party settings ToT - The deco ring set is a bad idea... what if you accidentally break one ring? All the other rings will just end up hanging loosely... and you have to buy another full set? - The box & box set: The box material is way cheaper and flimsier, it will get easily damaged in transit. There is no cohesiveness or thought into product set, the lighstick bag, strap and box dont even have the right shade of blue! They recycled the cbv1 box design. They didnt even include a photocard set while other Hybe groups have them. The price is too much for this lack luster production. Majority of the fandom agrees that Cbv2 is still the prettiest version but I just wanna add some additional loving for cbv1: - Cutest & sleekest design out of the 3 - even though the battery cap line is also located at the center, it blends in so seamlessly. - cbv1 has the best dome, its so seamless! and it being so simple and round adding glitter just added the right amount of flamboyancy to it. - out of the 3, it radiates the fandom colors the best especially with its light. Like when you turn it on it really glows rose quartz & serenity. - it looks the best customized, because the dome is simple, you can put whatever inside and it just looks like a terrarium. - it started the whole customization era for lightsticks, the key ring set accessories was GENIUS. - the cbv1 lightstick app also had customizable wallpapers which i liked.
I like ver 3, and I'm kinda happy some carats are refusing to buy it, because now I can just buy it instead of having to pay extra from an eBay seller or something. But I do hope that if they do come out with a ver 4, it won't be black. As much as it's my favorite color, haha I plan on buying it tomorrow.
even tho i don't like the color, i really appreciate the fact that you can kinda personalize the light stick changing diamonds and also the "globe" thingy (idk how it's called help) and the base for the diamond (except v1 cuz it's too big lmao)
I’m not a fan of the colour and the overall design but I do think if you’re crafty you’ll have fun with this lightstick. It’s still unfortunate that a lot of carats will have to resort to spending more for something they ultimately don’t like
I personally really like the shape of ver 3 and the color is nice but the dome and diamond are disappointing for me .loved this video its super interesting to see the comparison !
