Pennsylvania offers some premium trail to ride thanks to several single track "cutters" in the Famous Reading Outdoors area and beyond. This channel captures the best of what we ride on in our area. Its taken us several years of exploration and networking to find some of this stuff. We also cut our own trail to add to the community. We respectfully keep most locations private, but you can find it if you explore just like we did!!
Just giving one a try!! I got 4 hours on the 2T. So far the power, lug and rideability when standing are all superior. The 4T still seems better on fast flowy singletrack. But time will tell as I get more hours on it. :-)
Video brings back a lot of memories for me. Had a yz250f and riding enduro here in north jersey looks identical. Sold the dirt bike for a street bike but i do miss being in the woods in the fall.
You guys are awesome, my son just switched from quad to dirtbike, and we love the single track stuff, hard to describe how much fun it is, cool you have people to ride with
Nice video. I ride FRO all the time and Ashland fairly often, looks like Ashland North parking. Nice single track. Need more throttle for that last log jump 🙂
Looks like some amazing riding. We're trying to find a new place to ride as the land in Barnesville is becoming scarce and Rausch Creek is getting mined and logged into oblivion.
I saw some amazing trail at rausch was logged. Sad. The trail is at famous reading you just need to find it. Some of us are adding new stuff every year FRO
@PennsylvaniaEnduroRiding hey thanks...I run woods 2 which is same setting values as GP Smooth but different TH% and R/Min.....so I adjusted to your th%-r/min values and going give them a try. Appreciate the info thank you.
IRC TR-11 trials tire. Stick to everything and last a while (unless ridden on macadam). Soft sidewalls might be the only issue but they are like magic. We run tubes, tubeliss and mousse in them.
I often hear some out of state visitors saying how great the trails are hear and how lucky we are. We r prolly still riding the same St Clair trails you were back in the day!
I use GPX Tracker to track all my rides. I import those files into Google maps for navigation. However…. Google maps now constantly shows a legend so I do t use it as much until I figure out a new setup.
@@PennsylvaniaEnduroRiding awesome! Thanks for the insight! I ride FRO all the time and this year I’m going to try “Map Plus”… bob t now offers WV maps for apple users through a map plus file so I figured it’s got to be decent
Update: Map plus is a wonderful app for tracking and plotting trail, extremely user friendly once you become familiar with it 👍🏻 …. I really need to find that “reverse Jarvis trail” !!
7 years of searching everywhere within FRO. Just found some new old stuff and I have been putting in new stuff. 👍👍 Keep a sharp eye out for entrances and look on satellite.
Not sure who put up the orange ribbons but it was a great trail. I got there a little late Saturday so I was probably following your groups tire tracks
