Little bro, as a 25 year old man. I've been dealing with lonliness for 10 years and still am. So, what I do to keep myself distracted is doing things that I love, work, and right before sleeping I pray to God because he is the only one who will listen to us. The season of lonliness shouldn't be looked at as a burden, rather relish these days build your life, your dreams, it helps, although there will be days and moments where you have to deal with it. So all i gotta say is embrace it and turn into a positive aspect. Because sometimes lonliness really helps you to find yourself.
