Ortega Guitars was originally founded in 1994 by Reinhold Meinl, owner of Meinl Percussion. The starting point for Ortega was building their guitars similar to a Classical Spanish style. Since their creation, Ortega Guitars has elevated traditional guitar making to an entirely new level. Today, they have modernized classical instruments by maintaining hand-crafted integrity while utilizing nylon strings. This allows the musician to obtain an excellent traditional instrument at an affordable price. Applying modernized techniques to timeless traditions is what makes Ortega Guitars stand out from the crowd. On this channel, we publish product videos as well as performance and live session videos regularly. Just got it and send it back immediately . This is just *my* opinion. It slips away during use. The trigger point is too small. With my shoes size 12 it is uncomfortable to use and produces too often no sound or double triggers. I can't imagine to play for 2 hours and keep the horsekick happy, especially not sitting down. My foot would fall off. You need harder soles. Sounds are o.k. I tried a few other stump boxes with similar results. I am gonna build one myself, I guess. Been into music and electronics for 45 years... should work. I make it a flat and responsive one with floor decoupling and feedback control. Lol... I think, I have most the parts in my studio, anyhow.
Please someone can tell me how to tune 1/4 guitar. I’m always traveling that’s why I bought 1/4 size and I think it’s out of tune and loose strings. Please someone can tell me how to fix it
Unfortunately, the 43.5 nut width is far too narrow for most adult players. If Ortega ever makes a 1/4 travel size guitar with a 50 mm nut, I'll be the first to buy one.
Sometimes hard to enjoy acoustic guitar music because of the squeaky strings when fingers slide on neck. Its so irritating on my ears that I often change to another song. I don't know what causes it, but I wish guitarists would stop doing it.
Weird I love hearing that. Especially in "Coil" by Opeth. I don't think it's deliberate, when a guitarist moves along the fret board quickly he needs slide to get to other positions fast.
I do not recommend it, after a short time the paint imitating dark wood started peeling off the fingerboard, the whole thing is crap assembled in China. I feel cheated
