Back in 2021 I had a heart attack and was very lucky to be taken care of brilliantly by our NHS. I was given health guidance and made many adjustments. One of those adjustments was to walk every day. Rediscovering the joy of movement has been hugely transformative for my physical and mental health, and rewarded me with the time to think, observe and appreciate my environment.
I record videos on my phone in one shot. Usually around my hometown of Southsea. I don't tend to talk on my videos and leave environmental sounds in them. I record daily, shorts and longer weekly videos, hopefully building some historical records in the process.
Only started the videos in September 2023, hopefully I'll do them for a few years.

Nice to see you started opposite Woodpath, lived there for 13 years and never walked down that alleyway opposite!! What time of the day do you do your walks as there never seems to be anyone around.
It's closed off around the briny at the moment for the sea defences construction work. It's finished in front of Southsea Castle, I've walked along that bit.
