So those refrigeration lines should have been installed inside of line hide. UV rays will degrade the insulation, turn it brittle, and it will fall off. Eventually leading to the same degradation to the copper lines. I install these things for a living, and I install them very well. The unit you keep calling a compressor is actually a condenser. With a compressor inside of it. But I've seen far far worse as far as installs are concerned. Good job getting away from fossil fuels. Hopefully the flairs on the refrigeration lines were done with care (if they weren't, you would have noticed a steady decline in the performance of your system, I.e not heating or cooling), it's a common issue I have to correct on so many units.
When I first started on the euphonium I had the very bad habit of tensing up. Learning to keep and use relaxed posture and practicing long tone exercises to improve my lung capacity and tone quality and developed a mellow tone
Beautiful clean sound Reminds me of my trumpet teacher (my uncle) Hi I'm Latoya I'm a singer songwriter and I want to practice my bflat trumpet again so I can add it to my performance happening in a month..what books can you recommend I can side read I stopped at Grade4 in school
How does your double tongue actually sound like you’re tonguing twice? Mine just sounds like im tonguing the first time then somewhat slurring and tonguing
hey so I had a question. I am really new to double tounging and you say to use the back of your tongue but ka does not use your tongue so when I use ka it sounds really bad so I wanted to know if I can get some clarification.
Neapolitan 6th chord, which is equivalent to ♭II⁶. It's a major chord built on the flattened second degree of the scale (in C major ♭II⁶ would be D♭ major with F in the bass) It's usually always found in first inversion (hence N⁶) because the bass note (scale degree 4) smoothly leads up to the root of the V chord (scale degree 5) In other words it has predominant function and can be used as a spicy little substitute for a boring old iv chord
@@negativize_11 very fancy. the N6 is the major chord a half-step above your tonic (its the Db in first inversion for C major). jazz musicians often describe this as a tritone substitution, given Db (well, Db7) shares some some harmonic properties with the G7 chord.
That song you played was beautiful! It's so frustrating...one second I get the perfect breath, embrochure, and placement then the rest of the time I can't figure out what I did to get it and it's a mess!
Surely this in not 80 bpm, more like double that 160 bpm! It seems that way to me! At 8:35 you conduct the 4 beats or crochets while saying the semitones 4 to each beat, correct. But when you pick up the metronome you also conduct in 4 but the metronome is playing double the tempo. Quavers rather than crochets. What do you think, have I got this correct. Is there a difference from single tonguing, to the first Ta Ta's. How would you describe single tonguing. Thanks for any help.
@@tylernettestad Thanks for the reply. So it is indeed set to quavers or 8th notes. I thought I was somehow misunderstanding. Could you please explain how single tonguing is performed. Thanks again keep well.
In your video, you do not reach a much higher tempo with your Double Tonguing as compared to your Single Tonguing. Isn't the purpose of Double Tonguing to be able to be considerably faster than Single Tonguing?
You say that we " Must make the TA's and KA's sound the same"? This is confusing to me. Why even bother/sound the KA's if you don't want that pronunciation. Please assist!!!
