Firstly, pressure A as mentioned in the video has to be higher than the actual target pressure, so that it will compensate the loss, which means it is higher than the final target, yet lower than the yield point of the bolt. For example, 120% of the final target. Secondly, pressure B is the actual final target, which means 100% of requested load. However, the actual number may vary from application to application, in the video we just explained a principle, which is always the same, i.e. in case of a 50% tensioning strategy, Pressure A is always higher than Pressure B.
