Wow! That takes me back. I was at Nordhorn 1993-1995 (Air Traffic) - my best tour by far. Tollhaus, Yellows, Roxy’s nightclub - so many memories. Nice to hear The Garden of Eden get a mention too! Hoping to get a motorhome next year so will definitely add that Stellplatz to my list. Thanks for taking me back in time!

That looks a nice part of France, thanks for showing 👍 It would be interesting (for me at least) in future (when you’ve done a few miles/trips with the upplated weight) to know how travelling at over 3.5 tonnes impacts on the journey/trip, or not. Hope that makes sense 😐 😂
Thanks guys, we found a few nice park ups in France, the one by the Seine was the best. As for the up plating, so far the experience has been good, cost was around £340 but as it halves you road tax we have got that back already😁. We were class 2 on tolls in France but I believe that is the norm for motorhomes?? Fuel consumption is what it is we would be carrying everything anyway we average around 28/29 to the gallon. I have noticed, particularly in France that there are lots of 3.5tonne limits and that has only caused 1 issue so far(see the next video for all the gory details😂😂) Hope that helps if there is anything else just ask
We have Battleships too, and on our video this month (although we generally play with pencil and paper for space saving these days). Great video guys, we love that Al 'cheats' at chess too, haha.
The devices games..... we play on the switch... as you said... 51 games on one card.... all sorts. Snakes and ladders, chess all the way through to bowling and racing cars
Cheeky of it Scum class indeed!!!!! Canterbury is a dump compared to what it used to be, fortunately residents etc don't have to pay to get into the cathedral. Just say you are going in to pray and they have to let you in!!!!

We were there all weekend. It is great entertainment. Elvis was really good! We danced all weekend and took advantage of the free Jive and stroll lessons. Recommended
It’s a cracking little site, we first experienced it when we picked up the van as the dealer gives you a free night there to find any little snags with the van and as you say you can’t complain at £15 a night.
