Who on earth put this together? Someone just looking for negative feedback, or was truly unaware of the mistakes????? The 1940 model you show I believe is actually a 1966 ( or possibly a 1965 ). The 1945 mode you show is actually a 1975 model. The 1952 is NOT a 1952, but actually an earlier model - the 1952 was the first year with vent windows in the doors. You show two different 1957's; the 2nd one is NOT a 1957, but a later model. The 1960 model shows yellow turn signal lenses; incorrect. That came in 1964, along with larger front turn signals. They were clear lenses up until 1964. The 1966 is actually a 1967, and the 1967 is actually a 1968!. The 1970 model is actually a Super Beetle; you can easily tell by the slightly different hood design. And the Super Beetle wasn't released until the 1971 model year, too. And the ones claiming they're 1971, 1973 ,1974, 1976, 1977 1978 and 1979 are also Super Beetles. This is video is very misleading.
The 2006 change is so depressing. You can see the final nail in the coffin for car design - completely and totally generic, unrecognizable, exactly the same as every single other sedan on the road
@0:44 this is not the 1945 its from the seventy, upright headlights, narrow hubcaps, large taillights, large rear window, indicators... @1:32 large rear window not 1955 put after 1957............
I've been able to upgrade from a 63 impala to a 63 SS impala. I didn't thing there was a big difference until I owned one. I was just happy to own an impala. Now I can't go back. Obviously the next step up is the convertible.
No changes at all like sharks they changed only very little just couple of things that it in general looked identical to today only very little couple differences since 38
