I think thes identifyed Mallory also by a label in his clothing . . . the question I find very interesting is "Why did this adventurer always label their cloth, to the last sock". I mean, today you that for people who can´t find their own jackets couls they not keep track of their own cloth???
The camera, if ever found, will most likely in very bad shape. This discovery suggest an interesting scenario. During the ascent, after Irvine's accident, a fall and a broken rope, Mallory complete the ascent alone and came down totally exhausted, using another line like the Norton's gully.
It must be part of well well-planned cooked story by shrewd Britishers. Systematically this has been going on since the 90s. Eventually one fine day they will declare for new evidence to have Everest on the British name.
The narrator suggests we learnt so much from Irvines ascent of Everast. I wonder what else we could have learnt apart from the fact that Everest is dangerous, after all, Irvine didn't get to tell any one about his climb.
We've been looking for him for 100 years so what does his remains have to say to us? Maybe he's been hanging out with Amelia Earhart and can tell us where shes hiding so we can close that chapter too...
Chinese coins found in Japan actually should read with all Japan archeological treasure "Chinese (fill in the blank) found in Japan, a great "Japanese " treasure". There are few true Japanese archeological finds. I love the Google response to why there are no archeological digs in Japan. Reason? Not enough space to store all the treasure they may find! But their museums are filled, like Tokyo Museum, of thousands and thousands artifacts stolen from China. If they returned them to China they would have huge empty buildings with plenty of room to fill with actual Japanese artifacts. Not stolen objects. For example "Currently, more than 2 million Chinese artifacts are held in Japanese museums across the country (others sold through auction houses like Sotheby's) Hosokawa Mirror Luoyang, Henan province, China Bronze water bowl with a tiger/dragon pattern, China Iron knives and axes, followed by bronze swords, spears and mirrors, were brought to Japan from Korea and China. Those plundered Chinese artifacts are the treasure of Chinese people, and solid evidence of the war crimes committed by the Japanese invaders. When will Japan be honorable and return them?" IMHO never.
So, 5 thousand years ago there was climate change? Was that before or after the industrial revolution? Mankind already was destroying the world's climate.
The Seminole Indians were never captured by the US or marched the Trail of Tears , indigenous to Florida , they went deep into The Everglades and lived the good life . Freedom at all costs !!!
The Seminole Indians were not from Florida. They were from the area that we ascribe to the Cherokee. The Cherokee were from farther North but were driven out by unified Iroquois groups long before the Europeans came West. The Seminoles, subsequently, were driven South by the displaced Cherokees.
Nazlet Khater was unlike any African groups and they don't know his ancestry. He's most like Upper Paleolithic Europeans, especially because of his inner ear shape. Scientists have found 40,000 plus year old teeth and stone tools in Israel that are the same as Upper Paleolithic European's. Nazlet Khater was biologically Caucasoid, not Negroid because they didn't exist as modern humans 32,000 years ago.
How interesting. They must have gone crazy when they found that amazing coffin. Beautiful inside and out. Also, for not being a royal a really large tomb.
This is where I spent half of my 47 years. Capellania and Pañamara are always in my heart🙋♂️ The Pañamatca, Adobe castle, is a mythical place. I heard that there is tunnel down there that connects Pañamarca to the Chimu Beach.
Fascinating stuff! Here in Western Europe we tend to overlook the pre-history of the country now occupied by the Magyar people and their predecessors. It really needs more exposure to give it the relevance it rightly deserves. And BTW, the word is BEsieged.
This people won't believe that this animals are not billions of years old even when they see evidence that they existed along humans. The reason why is because they don't believe the flood from THE BIBLE. Maybe things would make more sense if you would read THE BIBLE like a history book.
Amazing story. Can't believe it hasn't gotten more attention, but it did come out the same day as Jack Smiths DC indictment. And it's finally getting a ton of airplay the last day or so, so I'm still hoping this goes viral for ya. The changing of what we know of history isn't often. ✌️🤟
The Hiroshima bomb was a dud due to something called "fizzle." It was a "gun" type bomb where one piece of uranium is fired at high speed into a larger piece... simple as that. The problem with gun type bombs is that most of the uranium blows itself apart when the two pieces get close to each other and is not fissioned. Only a few teaspoons of U235 actually fissioned at Hiroshima... a yield of 7-kilotons, if lucky. The Nagasaki bomb used a different trigger that crushed a sphere of Plutonium from all sides that gave no chance to fizzle. That second bomb had a yield of about 22-kilotons, almost three times that of the Hiroshima device. The Hiroshima was never tested beforehand, used only once, and never built again.
