Presented contract w/out required statutory language “self inspected” work. Abandoned job. Customers do not know Lien Laws or FL Building Code. Roofer wrecked home …. No contractor would step in their mess. Filed fraudulent “Hurricane Retrofit” documents, liened and sued…instead of finishing work. STOP CONSTRUCTION FRAUD!

Very interesting to watch and I learned a lot I did now know before. I was in the Army and remember being shocked when this incident occurred. The Army lawyer did not get the GOTWA thing right. GOTWA (or GO TWO) is a method of delivering a 5-point continency plan. Where I am (G)oing. (O)thers who will be going with me. (T)ime that I will be away or (T)ime I should return by. (W)hat to do if I do not return. (A)ctions to take if enemy contact occurs. It's a time-honored set of instructions that you leave people with when you leave an area.

Hi! Former teen mother, here. Also, I was manipulated and forced to commit s**ual acts with my former guardian/child's father and strangers he chose during the course of our unlawful marriage. When police refused to take my reports of these acts and domestic violence, I was unable to take the car that my family bought for me to get my child to daycare and work. Why? Because I could not have insurance on a car. I had not reached the age of majority. I couldn't even have a car without his name on it, because I hadn't reached the age of majority. I could not own property, or take our child away from a dangerous and toxic situation, because I had not reached the legal age to be legally held accountable for those responsibilities.
You can make the hole again... whT a load of shit.. your only looking at the action not the causes to make that action and guess what they are a product of there environmen so its thise around them.. very often the same family members that are putting them in guardian ship that have caused the problem in order to steal there shares.
If CPS takes child from single parent and court appt atty moves against a pretrial and go straight to trial in 2 weeks and parent doesn’t show up for trial ,does parent lose custody.?

His girlfriend on the police department Sherron trashed every report.They both want to be over my books I wrote, earnings, jewelry I make. I received my PhD and sharp as a tack. They both are criminals.
Prof. Zwier, thanks for this interesting video, now I am suing a dealership in Small business court, in New Jersey, and I was thinking of only taking a few pages of the 33-page contract, and I wonder if isn't it better to take more evidence, as opposed to less?, like what if the judge wants to see the whole contract.
@@easyhec Thanks, my court date already happened, I went Pro se, and even though I got a ruling in my favor (Gap insurance), I could not prevail in the most important claim, which was that a dealership sold me a car with flood damage, this is in New Jersey, and I didn't have a lot -other than pictures, and videos that the judge refused to see, and an online estimate- so I am thinking of appealing.

This approach should also be used older teens and adults who’ve survived abusive environments and/or suffered sexual trauma. Oftentimes, it doesn’t take much to cause us to shut down and go inward. Doctors oftentimes trample over us like a bull in a china shop.
