I play healers in World of Warcraft, LOVE making youtube videos, and looking to make some friends! SUBSCRIBE to help a small youtuber achieve his dreams!!
A tip for priest is to have an @player macro for your angelic feather. It’ll cast at your feet so you don’t have to fuss with the reticle. Saves time you could be using to cast spells. Also on disc, I know you mentioned you didn’t have the luxury to cast damage at times, but it’s kind of the other way around. Often you don’t have the luxury to not. Try making sure to use your modifiers better like having fiend out for covenant then mind blast THEN your dark reprimand then rely on your void blasts and shadow word deaths (when you can double tap them they do huge damage) and ensuring you’re damaging into your mind blasted target. It’s counter intuitive to go back in to when you play other healers but try to get back into the habit of relying on your radiances and damage more. If you find yourself struggling with spot healing maybe consider playing holy until your gear and familiarity catches up as it has those tools. Just some suggestions! Good luck on the project!
For anyone watching this, Depth of shadows is not even a remote option compared to voidwraith. They are nowhere near each other in value and you should absolutely pick voidwraith everytime. Divine aegis should also be swapped for Uppies.
this season? They haven't changed. If anything we gained even more utility by being able to remove rage effects. In terms of healing MW monks are very strong, I do think we are lacking in damage though.
Loving the content man! You've been teaching me a lot. I looked up your weak aura for MW I love it! Any chance you can upload your alts weak auras so I can use those too? I only seen MW on WAGO. Thanks again dude, you're killing it!
Archon GG and warcraft logs show paladin at the bottom of the hps numbers yet two nerfs in a row? Legit switching to fotm rsham I guess. I chose paladin cuz I wanted to play it. I learned not to do that. Just choose fotm every time is what I have learned.
I’ve genuinely been very sad about the holy paladin nerf. I felt like I finally got to go back home to my favorite class/spec when they removed glimmer and brought back our old playstyle. It’s been so fun and feels impactful but not overpowered. Now they nerf us while we’re middle of the pack… if anything we’re undertuned when it comes to M+
newb question.... what is this mention of "keys" refer to? I am gearing up my prot warrior through delves.... so I understand that part... valorstones, etc
second comment: You know what id love? An addon that shows what spells you use somewhere on the screen. Since im trying to learn its hard for me to see what spells you are using
I think its just pain and suffering, truly healers are being played by masochists who enjoy seeing rubber banding health bars and be blamed for everything 🥲
Hey, ive been playing mistweaver since tww after a long break but i really struggle. my itemlevel is 612 and i cant really heal a +6. it looks so easy when you do that here, are there any tips you could give? I do also struggle with the raid build.... Theres so much going on and so much buttons to remember :P
I think, tbh, tuning almost always makes no sense. They never just buff the specs at the buttom, or bring the overtuned specs down. Don't know the logic they are using 😕
I’ve given up healing m+ was doing 20’s in dragon flight, this season is miserable for healers just isn’t worth the stress. Can hardly time a 5 now usually because of the amount of absolute trash players now in m+ when they should be staying in heroic.
another issue is also a weird gear thing. Yes, am aware Delves (vaults) give super high welfare ilvl gear in certain slots. But at the same time, the drops from all mythics is so freaking low, you just don't get any meaningful upgrades from mythic 1-3 at all, and have to grind 4s and 5s just to get a low chance at any gear. I simply dont understand why gear drops in mythics (and Heroics, not that it matters anymore) is so freaking low.
@@nbkw48 I don't think the gear from m+ is low, I think the gear from delves is far too high, especially as the content is just a million times easier to do. Its pushing players that are not good enough into thinking they can do m+ but they simply cannot at all.
@@curtisfullman3694 agreed on delves, but I also maintain that mythics also just feel unrewarding to play. So many runs just to get a bag of gold and no drops at all. I ran 7 dungeons with all the usual drama, wipes, repairs, and got a grand total of 2 pieces of middling gear. Why am I even doing this. It's not fun nor rewarding.
@@nbkw48 yeah I do agree however I think it’s meant to be a slow push to keep content relevant until the next patch cycle, I believe it’s like this as there are no limits to how many times it can be run so if you do have a competent group of people to run then with you can potentially gear very fast theoretically. I think it’s just the case right now that they are are so hard for pugs to do that it feels awfully slow
Was leveling HPally as my next healer today, got to lvl 72 when the patch notes dropped, immediately swapped out of it. Completely unneeded changes imo, they were in a mid-to-kinda-good spot already, tending to mid after the other nerfs last month, why the hell nerf it further
I do quite like harmony playstyle, but I wish it was more bursty healing every 30 sec with TFT for 12-15s. The main issue is how often you have to leave melee to avoid mechanics and mobs or spend time dispelling/cc and not healing or doing dmg so your window to get the extra dmg and healing is wasted. It would be cool if they gave us a talent that made our attacks do more passive aoe healing like the one that lets you hit stuff in a cone for more dmg, maybe it could work similar to Rising Mist. Also, the extra dmg that tree offers vs celestial is only like 25k ish more so its not really worth it. It should be an easy 100k-150k more I feel like. I wonder how things will play out with that and the other changes coming in next big patch?
Should make an overall video for PVP and PVE. Some healers are more difficult in other areas such as PVP because they require more buttons for functions and rotations.
I main a holy paladin main we do good raid and mythic+ healing I don’t follow the meta trend with holy meaning I’m using a lightsmith melee build I noticed both healer talents revolve around your cds one has big burst through hots the other has more sustain healing through weapons and melee a bit more of a challenge but shield the tank weapon top dps see big results
