This niam neeb said to me that I have qhua but they haven't come down yet. But I've been dealing with my feet hurting and it has stopped now last year was so constant but this year it slowed down now and it's been giving me stomach pains that will soon disappear throughout the day. I have dreamed of things related to shaman and one of my dreams made me frustrated and sad and having no support from my parents.
Hi TFL hmongshaman, do you know if your only suppose to burn the joss paper only? Or the instict sticks and the red string with it too? Please let me know. Thank you!
I think we're going have to memorize the sayings and steps for a couple hours first. Hehe 😅.. I was thinking about saging like mekah people; but I think being hmong, hmong ancestor protection is a bit stronger when you follow traditional ways. Thanks for the lessons. Will be done at a future new house.

Thanks so much for this series. I’ve always wished there was something like this to help explain Hmong shamanism. I grew up around shamanism as a child but with your explanation I can now start to understand what I saw and heard growing up.

However, in regard to your reference of Catholic and Christianity as being two different type of faith, both are Christian, just different church, being the Catholic and Protestant Church and then within the church and the congregation within the denomination. -TxiabNeeb Vaj, Director of Hmong Shaman and Herb Center, Saint Paul, MN, USA
I do not know much about Hmung Shamans or Shamans, so I find your videos to be interesting to listen too. I am very interested in the spirit world and in healing, thus why I ran across shamanism on RU-vid. Thanks for posting them. I have sensed spirits in dreams before, but they were not scary dreams though sometimes uncomfortable. I think they are either spirits passing through or I am visiting some place and the room has a spirit in it. Often in these dreams I am in some house and either feel a spirit in the dream or see them in the house. Sometimes the rooms are dark were they are. Though in the past, I have also experienced nightmares related to sleep paralysis were the dream was lucid and I was just afraid of something I could not see in the blackness void. I found the best way to overcome such re-occurring dream was to try and face what ever was there hidden with my will. And to do so during the dream say a prayer, the prayer takes my attention off of being afraid and on something good and then allows me to act, so I can try to confront what is hidden. I then woke up and never had the dream again. Also, I have experienced, when having nightmares, what you suggest move my body position, it works. If I wake up facing right, I go to sleep facing left.
Hi, yes most of the time you have to cut ntshua ntawv. There are variations to how to cut it, depends on how your family or elders cut. You can use regular scissors to cut if you don't have the metal object to shape the paper.
I like where u're coming from with all this. Would like to hear more wisdom please. Every niam neeb n txiv neeb has their stories n reasons of tus pog ntxoo n etc. I myself, love to hear more, n it's like u mentioned in ur videos that every shaman is different. Keep on sharing for those like me who wants to learn. 😃
I know this sound dumb asking... if I couldn't say the cleansing, can I just play the video or audio of it? Would it work? Or do I have to say it myself out loud? 🤔 😅
I'm not sure playing an audio would work, but I'd consider saying just a little. Whatever you can say is great, even if it's just a few words. It takes practice so anything you can say is good.
Hi brother, your shamen journey is very interesting I would like more information on your shamen journey. You mind if I can get your number or is there a way I can get hold of you.
Neeb tshiab is like the new change of practicing shamanism. It doesn’t use old practice from the 1900s that Hmong used to use. The practice is more modernized and use to adapt to western lifestyle.
