@@richardtaylor6672 I use an 8KPA oil-free air compressor and I lower it to 7KPA, before plugging in the solenoid valve, it should be put through a water filter.
I have some older essemtec pick and place machines. I wonder if openpnp can be used with them to control the x/y/z axis motors and feeders. They are csm7000 and csm7100. 4500cph.
If the axes motor uses pwm signal and control direction on x, y, z axes then openpnp will work perfectly but you need a smoothie board. Feeder if using a gas type like Juki, it can be completely controlled, or using an on-off electric signal.
I use feeder Yamaha CL, currently because I use existing equipment. 2 Holes are 80mm apart and 6mm in diameter, plus a unit to keep the air tight. the width of the base plate is 115mm and the thickness is 16mm

Where do you get the feeder blocks from? Would also be great to see your configuration of the Cl feeders and possibly even some resources, cad or configuration. :)
