sir san po kayo usually naghahanap ng apartment or condo?
@@ianvillena3808 Hello Ian, thanks for your comment and for watching my vlog. Usually number 1 indication na scam pag hingingan ka agad ng pera just to view so, no no ang maglabas ng pera pag magview palang wala dapat yun bayad. No cash out dapat until magkaroon na ng contract or tenancy agreement. Download mo yung Property Guru most of the agents dun ay legit naman.
@@kevinroitag-at1873 you’re welcome. Yes they’re both in KL. Pag may time ka I think you can take KtM to kl sentral then from there you can take lrt of grab.
@@gelsantos350 Hello Gel, for me it was worth it naman. They have affordable club beaches which gives you access to pool and beach by just ordering a drink and a Santorini inspired cafe. If you’re someone who enjoy places with less crowd and peaceful, Batam is for you.
@@Freckled_Filipina Hello, it’s good na you’re planning to go to KL and settle here to work ☺️. Malaysia is a great and affordable country. For the first month if you have your accommodation for free, you can prepare 1000-1500 for food and other essentials. Mura naman mga pagkaen dito nung first month ko parang 10rm per meal ang budget ko for food mas makakatipid ka pa if magluluto ka. During my first month since emy company shouldered 1 month hotel accommodation, I only brought around 30k pesos..
@@Freckled_Filipina you can also watch my vlog about the cost of living in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia para mas magkaidea ka ng detailed monthly expenses. Link is in the description box of this video. Thanks ☺️
@@anishaggarwal8765 Hello Anish. Thanks for watching and for your question. It depends on the level of luxury that you want. Maybe a salary of RM5000 above can give you a pretty comfortable and convenient life. If you want to raise it to the higher level, RM10,000 and above salary can give you a pretty luxurious lifestyle ☺️
@@travelokyle I wanted to know salary where I can buy a car, live in good condo and save money to buy an apartment in 5-7 years. What would be a good amount for this? Thanks for your earlier response
Thanks for your video. I'm about to go to Taipei from mainland China in a few hours. Haven't been there in years. The last time I visited was 2020. So glad to have found up-to-date information, since things are always changing. I appreciate it!
@@rosieolivares7402 You’re welcome! Hope you’ll have a great stay in Taipei ☺️ dont forget to bring sunscreen and umbrella because it’s super hot now in taiwan and it rains in the afternoon. Have a safe trip!!
@@louiseallison1056 you’re welcome! Thanks for watching the video and I hope you’ll have a great stay in Taiwan. Bring Umbrella and spf. It’s super sunny and it’s raining during afternoon. @@sundayorangevlog5044 Hello po. Thanks for watching ☺️ may mga room for rents na itatanong agad how many person are staying in the room bago ka lmipat or pag nagiinquire ka palang.
@@kimoswabe you’re welcome po! Thanks for watching the video. Ngayon palang, welcome to Malaysia!! 🇲🇾 You can also watch my vlog about the cost of living in Malaysia so you have an idea. Goodluck and see you around po ☺️
@@travelokyle Thank you, and na watch ko nrin yun. Now, problem nalang is condo after our free hotel stay. Thank you.
OUG parklane sa may Old klang po kayo?
From OUG you can ride bus 600/601. Pag walang traffic usually travel time is 30 minutes going to NU Sentral. If you are looking for an affordable condo to start with and with access to almost everything due to available shoplots OUG Parklane is nice. I have a contact with an agent you can DM me on IG. Also stay tuned for my upcoming vlog condo tour + condo recommendations for expats ☺️
Hello po. Yes, Grab rate are extremely cheap and affordable. I relied mostly on it to reach my itineraries coz I didn’t see much public transpo. Stay in Batam Center or Nagoya it’s near the attractions.
@@btkindonesia137 hi thanks for your comment. May I know which area you’re pertaining to? Coz from what I have experienced it’s the total opposite of what you’re saying. So I am curious to know the specific areas you’re pertaining to. Thanks.
