@@UltraMagaFan2 Depends maybe for you but for some people they don't get them that big. Also depending on the area. Some areas such as Louisiana 40 is a good average.
@@Scubastevetampabay I fish the West Branch of the Cooper River between Bushy Park and Charleston, South Carolina. When the redfish spawn in the fall the large egg bearing females school and come upstream. You can easily catch a bull that is 30+ inches long. You still have a point though. That’s not the case everywhere and the fact that I thought it was was quite ignorant. You obviously aren’t going to get fish that big somewhere like the northeast. And just as a disclaimer, we don’t keep the egg bearing females. Or any redfish over 23 inches for that matter. It’s illegal to do so. It’s all catch and release.
Sorry I'm just now seeing your comment. Yeh I was sitting in a narrow path that was loaded with sheeps, drums, reds, snook, and mangrove snapper. I tried to get it all on video but once they collectively took off the water got to murky and all I got was the mullet.
@@johnreddinger4904 yes sir, with the water heating up we found them along the barrier islands under the mangroves on a incoming tide. If you liked this video hit that notification bell. You'll really like the video im working on now.
Watch the video I put out last. Same bridge I think it was like 6 pomps (all but 1 was under) and something like 4-5 Gag grouper (all under) but still the action is picking up.
Yeah, they all have on the short side from the reports I'm getting and from what I'm seeing. They are showing up and they WILL get bigger. Hang in there. Go to hit one of my favorite spots this weekend.
