it is the airlines responsibility! Just so you know know how this works i will explain it to you, the air traffic controllers don't fly the planes the pilots do, that are instructed to do shady practices sometimes, they are the ones responsible for it. Who do they work for when they fly a airtransat plane? Another company other then the company that hired them to fly their planes. So it's not the airlines fault for their planes and pilots to be caught commiting noise violations after 12 am and disturbing the peace. Learn law and psychology before you go defending a company that has broken the law many times at 1am 130 am 1230 am 3am, the radar doesn't lie. And you hear them waking you up from sleeping. It's a joke a hidden agenda of some scum bags screwing with people and th3 wild animals and the environment do make more money off of a fake drug while they're caught dumping mosquitos and planning to kill billions and force drugs on people through needles and so called vaccing. ...this airline stole over a thousand bucks from me on my return flight from Paris. I got so screwed and had to walk to a hotel along a highway outside the airport and spend another grand to get home. The on-phone staff were HORRIBLE to deal with
