Hello gentlemen. Sadly these skins have been removed from 'In game store' by Ubisoft by the date I write this comment (30 April, 2024). But don't worry. You can STILL BUY THESE SKINS from the platform you purchased the game. Eg: Steam, Ubisoft Store or Epic Games Store. Just go to R6 store page and find the dlc section for R6. There you can purchase these skins and few other skins.
