Im having difficulty putting the top down on a 92 convertible it won't fold up all the way I have like like 6 inches left, so it sits flush. Any advice?
Do you have a video on putting the weather stripping the 1 that sits on the top all around the window to the other side. Mine was completely torn apart so im not sure were the ends go since they have some sort of clip and 2 small openings i compared it 2 yours on the 1st video and thankfully i have the same 1. Just dont know were that small clip attaches to or if it does?
I finally installed it and i learned that the clip part screws on the side fram were the window stripping part is at but on opposite side, took a while to unscrew part of the old gasket is also how i learned were its supposed 2 go
Looks amazing. I’ve installed three just like it myself. To me it’s not as hard as people think. I did find out that the DAP Weldwood HHR Contact Cement is the only product that holds, and I believe it. I’ve tried others and with the sun it releases from bottom bow at the deck lid. Where did you get your top and what size did you get from window to window. I have to do my own now. The last one I did I kept the old top from the guy car I was doing and used it on my car for now because mine was totally trashed and his old one was pretty decent compared to mine. But I will be getting a new one.
