Ma'am I do not get productive in studying in day I study in night and when I study in night my sleep become too large how to fix it I tried a lot but didn't get results please guide
You can sleep at 4 or 6 and wake up at 11 Then you can study for some more hours then go to bed at 9 at wake up by 11.30 so you can start studying by 12.00 Hope it will help you

It's all bs we all know about everything we just don't follow those things during that period, and most of us realize things after making mistakes so stop saying "If someone would have guided me like that I may have excelled in my studies" totally crap😅😅😅😅
@@nobita9892 I don't agree with that. I've seen so many students who are clueless about what to do but actually want to learn and seek guidance. Depends from person to person :)
-----highlighting - con, not actively engaging with the material, active recall is better -----re-reading - big con, the illusion of familiarity, feynman technique, -----long hours - loophole, specific attention spans, pomodoro technique, -----group study sessions, -----watching videos, active recall and testing oneself afterwards is crucial. thanks for the reminders and for calling me out on some of the bs i have been engaging in.
