Our floors use to be clean after mopping but several years later our floor has gone from grey/ black looking dirt to Brown . My parents always used hot boiled watered with neat bleach added to it on for floors. I think the top layer that was on the laminate is breaking down and I think the brown stain on the floor pad is the laminate stain from it breaking down.
This is total nonsense. You can load up a cloth holding it next to the spray nozzle. Spray bottles don't blow enough air to disturb surface contaminants to the point of becoming airborne. This method would slow me down because the only way to apply cleaner is with the cloth. If I have something stubborn and tough I can spray and let it penetrate while I do something else like a really dirty mirror or dry erase board. Then when I come back it wipes easily clean.
I use the same mop , mop pad your holding and a solution that my company gave us but one of the employee where I cleaned said the floor still dirty then she showed me she went to go get a oxycide wipe and wipe the floor the white had so much dirt it turn to gray so what is my problem or what I’m I doing wrong how to clean the floor

Just convert all measurements to inches. Calculate how many inches make up the radius. Then it is PI * radius^2 to get the total inches of the circle's area. Divide by 12 to get your feet.
I have a minimum charge of 148.00 that covers the first 350 sq.ft. That’s .42 cents a square foot.ft. Any additional sq.ft. Is at a higher charge depending on the soil conditions and furniture moving, etc. I also recommend applying protector! Always have a minimum charge even if it’s less than 350 sq.feet! You have to cover your costs Always have a minimum charge no matter how
a great # of smaller customers is the way to go to minimize stress, time, and stave off the negative effects of eventually losing customers. This works for me....
