Self sharpening? No thank you. Its just a pull through sharpener built in that jacks up the knife edge. A decent block or magnetic strip is way better and you sharpen/maintain your knives as needed with stones, strops or a ceramic rod.

I\'m pleased with this Prominence fan, great for a smaller space, looks modern enough and works great, LED is a bonus and it\'s usable with a large range of bulb wattage if you prefer to replace the included bulb. Love it. Just plain works well. Very well balanced. Didn\'t need to use a balancing kit or anything. Easy instructions and moves plenty of air for a 10x10 kids room. Don\'t expect it to make a wind tunnel but it moves plenty of air for its size.
It took awhile for me to find my perfect fan for our new front porch! As soon as I saw this Honeywell palm, I was done looking. The quality is wonderful. Easy to install. Great instructions. You can choose between two patterns on the blades. 52inch is the perfect size. We are getting compliments on how nice it looks. We added a remote control unit to make it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this fan!
This Rivet remote fan is an exceptionally attractive fan. I got the aged brass with maple finish. Clean lines, real wood, authentic metal not just painted appearance like some inferior units. The weight of this is hefty but not so heavy as to worry about it coming down. The design and finish make this incredibly versatile - it can easily go with a traditional decor or contemporary thanks to the stunningly good looks. Fortunately it functions equally well.
On the highest setting, it has sway, but nothing drastic, medium has a tiny bit of sway, and low has no discernible sway at all. Additionally, the blades are dual colored on either side, so you can have either of two colors, or, if you really want, mix and match color combos between the two. It was easy to install, especially if you\'ve installed other light or fan fixtures before and have some bit of common sense. Highly recommended. Nice job Prominence Home!!
It has a nice quiet motor that is so noiseless all you can really hear is the sound of air swooshing down. It is sometimes difficult to move air in an outdoor environment but the design of this fan allows for much more movement of air then the typical long slender blade design which is often only angled at 6 degrees where these blades are 15 degrees. This is my first Honeywell fan.
These Hunter Deluxe fans are quiet, durable, include a balance kit to eliminate wobble, and are among the nicest looking on the market. The rotation direction is reversible, so in the winter you set the fan to pull cold air up from the floor and move warm air down along the walls to warm the room, then in the summer you reverse it to fan air across overheated people. In hot climates the fan can be used at the higher speeds to move a lot of air quickly.
