Chris Robinson from here In North Carolina, USA 🇺🇸- this Country looks and seems amazing 🤩 I’m going to bring my fiancé here maybe as soon as next year I can’t wait, she’s gonna be blown away ❤❤
Fantastic! I am looking to do this same road from Matabeng (bobs campsite) to Semonkeng in Sept. Road looks slow. Would you be able to share how long it took to reach the brand new tar road?
Great to see that Witsieshoek Mountain Lodge is still a going concern, was looking up at it from top of the Crack at Royal Natal wondering about it. Love the chain-ladders hike!!
Great Video.... Thanks for the Details 😃 .. Had to look away now and then..lol... Kids and Grans made the ladders look so easy....something I will psychologically never manage... 😅😅😅 Well done.....
Many many years ago when we did the Otter Trail, we got a photo of a waterfall going up. The pathway was quite close to the edge of the cliff so it was just as well the wind was blowing inland. It was a hectic wind.
Interesting, I drive thru Lesotho on 1980, in a Citroen. At that time we saw a lot of erosion of the land and the road blocks were guys in camo with ak47’s. Cheers Warren
@@jackiecilliers my passenger found the ‘road block /border guys’ a little disconcerting . We were fish out of water for sure . We were driving from CT to PE , wasn’t much alternative in our route and with the gas restrictions at that time a long detour was not practical . Fortunately the Citroen had good mileage! Sad about erosion Cheers Warren
I too have just watched all 5 at once, whilst mostly just listening to SA - PAK cricket on the TV … at 5am from the Bahamas. My wife and I were fortunate to have 5 nights in Western Kgalagadi in July this year, would love to do this Eastern section so really good research, thank you. Very well narrated and edited, I know the effort involved. The soul needs to be reset and readjusted more often in these difficult times, and there are few better ways than a week in real life in the KTFP. My 2024 planning progressing well. Thanks J & G.
Enjoyed your video. We are having a class reunion in January 2024 and one of our mates suggested this walk. We will be coming from Melbourne Australia. We had done the Camino de Santiago before Covid and I thought this will be doable. We are all 66-67 years old and it’s our 50 year reunion. Looking at that ladder I’m not so sure 😅😂. How did the grand parents do it or is there another route? Really enjoyed this video. Thank you.
@@fatsonot181 😂 yes, we're back and alive. Had to move from our tents to our vehicles both nights. Had a visitor. Male lion. Botswana didn't disappoint.
I just watched all 5 parts of your Mabuasehube videos and could not stop watching. Great videos! They are making me more and more exited and curious to be there. Luckily I only have to wait till Sept
The chewing in the end during the leopard view gave this sighting a strange unpleasant turn , who wants to eat during a view like this. Poor man .I rode there on the 10th= 14th in a Jimny. The Northern European Neighbours just missed the leopard visiting the shower ..for water.
