You are right! This can hold your necklace together until you can get it to your jeweler or until you get the supplies to fix it at home. See the pinned comment for a link to the "how to solder your necklace" video. :) All the best!
Thank you for this! I was about to put on three ankle bracelets that I wear every summer, and then I remembered one of them had a broken link. Of course it was my favorite! Now I can wear it again. And I’ll watch your soldering vid too. ❤️ your manicure!

So I just leave that link broken? Hoping that it won’t just bend back apart and I lose my chain while running and never find it again? Yeahhhh I’ll pass. Maybe to hang up and never touch again but leaving the link like that if you want wear it is just irresponsible.
You're right :) This is a quick fix until you can take your chain to your local jeweler, or purchase a soldering iron and solder paste to fix the link yourself. We made a how-to video for that too :) m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3cwevr9gTUs.html
If you repair it with silver solder, the repair will be silver. If you get gold solder to repair your gold necklace, then the repair will be gold. Gold and silver solder are used the same way - so this video will still help :)

Hi 1 2, Charles Lovat Fraser was an illustrator. He didn't actually write this book but illustrated this compilation of reports in 1922. If you listen to the first video, you can hear all the details from the prologue and see a title page with more information. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B1qutS3XkhY.html
I thought you were going to show us how to fix a broken necklace not how to half-ass put it back together so it can possibly be permanently lost next time it comes apart which is going to happen on the first snag
Hey BassAnon check this video, also linked in the description, for a more permanent fix: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3cwevr9gTUs.html

Spain retained Florida from the days of Spanish conquest, and they gained the Mississippi Valley following the 7 Years' War. The largest French colony was in Louisiana under Spanish control. The French Acadian presence is still strong in that part of the US.
@christianhopkins7751 Wearing two coin pendant necklaces at the same time is exactly how you layer jewelry. It's not too much. Make sure your chains are two different lengths and have fun with it!
How do one with a square chain. Sounds weird but it has thick tiny squares for each part of the chain so it can be broken and refixed like this one. Do u have any suggestions?
Any chain made of links can be fixed like the one in this video. Make sure to cut in the center of a link so you can close it after looping it through the neighboring square link . Or you can use solder paste, check out this video to see how to fix your chain that way: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3cwevr9gTUs.html
