i have that exact recorder and love it. by far best price to quality ratio of any piece of gear i have. never thought to run it directly through pedals, super interesting! i'll have to try that
It’s great isn’t it? I was using my phone prior to that but picked up the Zoom new for about $100, and it’s awesome! I’d been meaning to get the right lead to feed it into the pedals for ages and finally did this week, now I need to get some more field recordings!!

Having just come out of ours, it was thankfully short, but that's just because I'm so old now!!! Dark nights make good dark synth music though, silver linings and all that.
