I love Siliguri. From Nepal. So happy to see someone finally capturing the variety of street foods in Siliguri. I have travelled so much across India but Siliguri Street Food is unmatchable.
Abhi to itna chota sahar nahi raha, Siliguri municipal corporation ka hi population abhi 10 lakhs+ ha as per their records and if you add uttrayan + Matigara + bagdogra salbari+ and other out skirts areas of Siliguri the population will be 20 lakhs +. Or ya growth bohot fast ho raha ha , or 5-6 years ma ya ak midium sized city ban jaiga. Ap log upcoming infrastructure projects pa bhi ak video bana sakte ha like the upcoming bagdogra airport ( capacity will be 2cr passenger per annum similar to Kolkata airport) , Siliguri ring road 170km long , and various other infrastructure projects comming up or already started.
