Nice build!! Have a question. Whats the size of the dometic fridge you choice?? I not sure if is the 27 L or the 36 L please let me know, also the whats the cover on the center console Between the two sets??? Please let me know, thank you guys!!
We don't talk full build prices online. But the Flatbed systems start at $14,500 depending on size and options. But you can save 5% using the code in the description
Very nice build. But when spending so much money, why not go for a proper battery system instead of one of those camping power stations? Imagine if you get some problems with it, it will be a pin to fix. Especially if planning to travel to remote places.
Thank you. He chose this battery setup because he’s in Mongolia and if there was a problem with the auxiliary battery he can literally unplug it and put in a new one. It’s the simplest, cheapest and quickest way to fix that problem. Besides, all it needs to do is run a couple of accessories.
@@azee4640 we are trying to achieve more sidewall height. This truck will see everything from rocks to pavement. The tire is more than stable enough and load rated for more than is needed even pulling a very large enclosed trailer.
Come to Australia and do The Canning Stock Route. 1800km of unsupported desert track through some of the most remote and stunning country you'll ever see anywhere in the world.
The audio overlay is pretty obnoxious, I’d much rather hear you talking about the vehicles and how they’re handling the obstacles, what challenges you faced, etc.
Which upper and lower control arms from Total Chaos are you using? Are they the Expedition Series Tundra suspension components since those bolt right on to the Land Cruiser?
Maybe it's an optical illusion but the grade 8 bolts holding the bumper to the frame look like then need a larger washer for better surface coverage over the slot. This is probably one of the very best camper setups I've seen in a long time, great job!!
TAV routinely delivers a build the everyone says is “the most interesting” build at expo… these guys are as good as it gets… high integrity and building awesome stuff.. I am a huge fan of your work.
I subscribed after seen what you did for my future truck, the cement Tundra. On that ADD bumper, I was going to pass on it, till I saw it with the LP9 set-up. Might have to go with that RCI skid do. Keep posting please.😁
Walt, you and your team just keep raising the bar! Absolutely incredible build. Every time you guys post a new video I get more and more excited for you to start my 4 Runner!!!
My truck has a lot of the same setup. One thing that has bugged me is not having inner fender liners on the fiberglass fenders. Any advice on material to make some like yours. They look super clean.
