I see he is using the default factory keypad code (1234). I bought two of these and can't reset the code at all. I have a 5 yr. old granddaughter who is the reason I bought these things and leaving the code 1234 is defeating the purpose, plus is probable the first code a thief would try. Otherwise the safe seems to be very strong, but the codes have got to get changed, then I will set my finger print. If I could I would just disable the keypad.
