In the Philippines, if you want to look flashy but don’t have much to spend, you get one of these. Not very reliable on trails, but at least your bike would look really cool being ridden exclusively on streets and gravel with a bolany 120mm 34 stantion fork.😂 (For the same money i would buy a sturdier Suntour)

This is why for bmx I don’t care if they are 120$ I ride odyssey forks only for the most part the fork is a very worthy investment. Double walled rims and a good fork will take you a LOOONG way in the biking world

@@AlexDelMTB I sent a message to Balony asking a couple of questions about the forks. They replied with a generic computer generated answer how I should rest asured because they provide a one year warranty and full customer support. I just wrote back that I would like to communicate with any person who is alive. No answer. So much about customer support. Did you have the same experience when your fork broke down half a year after buying?
@AlexDelMTB
@AlexDelMTB 2 месяца назад
I had no idea about the warranty, dang! but I knew what I was getting into when buying a budget fork
@DeksZagreb
@DeksZagreb 2 месяца назад
@@AlexDelMTB Well, I don't trust their warranty if a living person from Baloney can't reply to a buyer's question. If we'd have a problem with a Fox fork, the people at Fox would respond or try to help. At Baloney if you would ask for a replacement fork they would just send cmputer replies untill the buyer realizes there is no help or real contact. I sent questions to both their official site and the subseller, but I get generic computer replies, some nonsense. That's the way they work.

You can get Suntour Raidons and Epixons in various sizes for sub 70 dollars used, which is what I'd recommend. Truly robust air forks with proper damping and replacement parts. If you oil bath them (for ten bucks) they become excellent, they traded blows with my Rockshox Pike when I had them in terms of sensitivity

I HAVE THIS EXACT FORK. Right so I used to do dirt jumps with this thing at high I psi it's acc rly good for that kinda stuff. But it has REALLY low adjustment. I've done trails and alladat stuff but it kinda struggles with like big chunk and stuff which would make sense since it's only 100 mil. What I noticed is that after 2 years the fork started to sag a little when not compressed which is probably due to a mechanical issue. If you want a mid tier fork your best option is marazochi bomber z1. Best fork for the money but the prices have been lifted like crazy over the last few years so that's unfortunate.

Looks like they copied the Five Ten Freerider sole. People probably want to know how sticky they are compared to others. How is the sizing? What about toe protection? Long-term durability? What about sizing? what's your foot width? length? Mine is 27.5cm long and 11cm wide. So most shoes are too tight in size 44, and 45 they are way too long, and so far only brand that has wide enough shoes is Anamoly, with those I use 43. I've tried Five Ten(too tight, but doable) Freerider were too flexy, Trailcross GTX has too soft toe protection, no lace loop, Ride Concepts TNT(too hot for summer use) and Tallac (too tight, but doable, breathable, makes clack clack sound when walking), Northwave Multicross GTX, 44 too long but wide enough,useless grip, and too stiff in sub zero temps only grips if standing or pedalling hard. Endura Burner MT500 are way too tight, and way too stiff at the ball of the foot for walking. But grippy, very easy to put on. But inner sole is weird it has dots, the dot at the big toe was annoying. By dots I mean like braille for blind people or swimming flip flops. But the size of the dots were like braille. Weird.
