glad to see yall are back! the judgement day and terror twin storylines are SO electric, probably what i'm most excited for in WWE. My roommate who i'm making watch Raw absolutely LOVES the storylines. I thought the Eddy vs King over music was great fun 😅 i happened to tune into NXT live (as opposed to next day) for the first time in a while and i got to witness the AMAZING tag team match to see Chase U win!! Imma miss Fraxiom as champs, but i'm excited for whatever their future holds. i'm thoroughly enjoying Raw more than Smackdown. Nearly every story on Raw intrigues me ^-^
i am SUPER excited for Wrestlemania!!! The match card looks AWESOME!!! Especially hype for the massive ladder match. i've convinced some of my friend to watch mania with me 🥰 Also looking forward to seeing NXT live on friday!! Rn catching up on NXT lore as best i can 😅
• so funny you noted the entrance times 😅 it's a good point • it's good that the show ended right after the slap, cuz, what could follow that? Felt like a good time • i wasn't here for Cody's loss last year, and i hear fans were super devastated and angry, but i wonder if it was for the best 🤔 considering how over Cody is now, especially after the #WeWantCody movement. Like, feels like WWE wants Cody to be the face of the company, feels like they stumbled onto getting him super over after the backlash of him giving his Rumble earned main event to the Rock. • i love the idea of Priest cashing in on Cody, the absolute poetry of him holding the belt for mere moments before it's taken away, echoes of his father, chef's kiss. • Tiffany is so fun to watch in the ring. She's a *very* good heel because i hate her 😅 i wish she was nicer to the other superstars 🥺 looking forward to one day a storyline where she learns the true meaning of friendship 😁 • i've started watching NXT! It's incredible! Vengeance Day was mind blowing 🤯 And i'm super fortunate to be able to visit an NXT taping next week! :D
This most recent episode of Smackdown was one of the most amazing episodes of television i've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Multiple times i was jumping up and down with excitement. The biggest pop for me was Rey Mysterio!! He totally got with with the crutch fake out 😅 absolutely incredible street fight all around Bayley vs Damage Control has been one of my absolute favourite stories this year, my heart ACHED for her when she was betrayed 😫 super looking forward to see how it goes through mania. I *love* Dominik Mysterio and got SO HYPE a when he stepped up to Gunther! Dom's *nuclear* heat is always so much fun. Very interesting idea of a multi man ladder match for it, i'm on board if it happens!! also, omg tanks 😅 v glad i found this channel
it was cool to hear about yall's thoughts on having seen the rock back in the 90s vs having only experienced him after. i guess i've always taken for granted how Raw and Smackdown rn are separate rosters. I enjoy it, gives each show their own character. re: the age going into Elimination Chamber, idk about their ability, but i remember watching the youngins in last year's men's elimination chamber, and the spots they did were so incredible. (i didn't get to finish the video cuz i was afraid u would spoil the women's elimination chamber) super excited for the chamber this saturday!! :D
all of these twists and turns in WWE have been so exciting to me! I've been so invested in following where it's all been going. I'm very intrigued by corporate heel Rock vs HHH. I super agree i hope the Rock has a continued presence on tv. I hope Cody explains himself and the evolution of his decisions. (i haven't seen the 12th's Raw yet) He's a good promo, so i'll believe anything he says, i just need him to say *something* to explain. bayley 👏 deserves 👏 better! 👏 i kinda hope she mentions the fact that she was omitted from the press conference to fuel her underdog story. As for the championship match with Iyo, I've heard that Dakota Kai had an excellent heel turn in NXT, so i wouldn't be surprised if Iyo retained because Dakota betrayed Bayley at Mania. That would allow Bayley to really lean into being a babyface and chase the belt, even as Iyo probably loses it to some other superstar. I really love the idea of Bayley as a babyface with an edge, who can still rip up fan posters 🤣 been loving Drew's heel character, it's so over the top and goofy and cheesy and i love it. "I prayed for this and it happened" is SUCH a hard line.
